Missing blinds and cutlery
Missing 40% of blinds making living room too bright and hot for people using the sofa bed. Duct tape marks on the glass from where others hung up sheet to block out sun. Had only FIVE spoons. Furniture on back deck was unusable. TV in master took two days to fix. Blinds and spoons never addressed. Should have brought some duct tape. Very disappointing.
Ocean Front Condo
Great facility for our family of 7, including a 15mo granddaughter. Loved the separate sleeping areas, the great bay and ocean view. Building is a little dated and needs some updating, but certainly wonderful to have direct beach access.

Waste of Money
Overall terrible experience, very unpleasant stay. There was broken blinds, missing knobs, rundown furniture, missing shower curtain- Just to name a few items. . I cannot believe you changed me this HUGE fee for a very crappy building and condo. Too many rules posted everywhere about the elevator. Not sure who jumps and does horseplay, but we got the point. Having to pay to park insane. AND the TV and WiFi did not work anywhere but the living room. What is the point of TVs in each bedroom if they do not work? Being right on the beach was the saving grace.

Great view, nice size for a small group.
The condo was very nice but could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. There were crumbs on the sofas and the floors were not swept clean. Both TV's were not working. The property manager reprogrammed the living room TV but the upstairs bedroom was unable to be programmed. If you like to cook bring some pots and a good skillet as the supplies are limited. The garbage disposal was broken and the mirrored wall in the living room was cracked; Vantage was notified. Despite all the little issues I would recommend this unit to others - fair price for what you get.

Location perfect! But condition of unit not perfect!
Veiw was spectacular in a perfect location. Great spacious apartment however the condition of Century 1 unit was a disappointment. The mirrored wall was cracked, dining room light fixture hanging, mattress covers were torn, bedroom and bathroom shower curtain were dirty, despite having been charged a cleaning fee. Two of the three tv's were not working. Gym access and pool access was not available. With a little TLC it would be a five star stay!

Dirty, dangerous and run down
We were very disappointed with this penthouse. It was dirty to the point my feet were black and I took a picture. Also, the knobs on the dresser drawers fell off and the drawers were broken and would fall out onto the floor. A whole section of the blinds were missing so you couldn’t block the sunlight coming in, the molding trim was off with long exposed nails, the shower curtain was dirty with tears, the bed cover was torn, the comforter downstairs was filthy and we had to go and buy our own blankets. There was a broken lamp that was actually glued back together, the dining room chairs were dirty and one seat is completely off, the tv in the master didn’t work, there was an outlet missing and wires exposed...I have pictures to document everything! The building is old with no AC in the lobby or elevators so you literally sweat all the time.
Penthouse is NOT what you expect. It needs serious repairs, cleaning and updating! It’s actually dangerous with young kids with long nails exposed. Thank god my child was 8 and old enough to not touch it.
Very disappointing! We loved the beach, but would never stay here again! Such a shame!
