This villa is located in the 'N BUILDING', it is the most desired building in the resort because of its close proximity to the amenities. The natural salt water lagoon is directly behind the unit thus offering spectacular views from the main living area as well as from the master bedroom. It is setback from the perimeter roadway farther than any other building, thus providing plenty of parking for you and your guest as well as making it very safe for kids to play. The pool area, new play ground, Tiki Huts and tennis courts are all less than a 5 min. stroll away. The Private Beach and Marina are less than a 10 min stroll.
In Fall of 2016 the interior of the unit had a complete makeover to include, repainting all walls/doors/base boards, new oak wood stairs, and modern knock down texture on all ceilings. Also a brand new modern kitchen was installed to include all new appliances, new wood Shaker style cabinets, stainless steel under mount sink, and exotic granite counter top/back splash.
In the Fall of 2017 all bedrooms were updated to include new King Size bed in Master, new Queen Size Bed in 2nd room and new Twin Size Bunk Bed W/Extra Twin Size Trundle Bed in 3rd room. All mattresses were also replaced with new memory foam type. Brand New Natuzzi Sectional Leather Sofa W/Electric Recliner and New 60" Ultra HD Sony Smart TV'S for Family and Living room. The ground floor bathroom was also completely renovated. Recent major improvements to the exterior of the building include: New Key West style metal roofs, new white railings, and new screen enclosures.

SOME VERY IMPORTANT FACTORS TO CONSIDER:
Many of the most popular vacation rental websites have been infiltrated by more and more con artist that advertise properties and take payments/reservations for properties that do not exist. Also, many private owners throughout the keys are operating illegal vacation rentals in areas not zoned to allow for rentals of less than 28 days. This is an activity that the county is aggressively cracking down on for a variety of reasons. Owners that are caught by Code Enforcement face steep fines and are required to immediately stop advertising and cancel all of their reservations.
So to insure you have the peace of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a legitimate vacation rental manager and will not become the next victim of internet fraud, finding yourself stranded in the keys without a place to stay or reserve from an owner that is running an illegal rental. It is imperative that you make sure the owner/manager you ultimately rent from is licensed by both Monroe County as well as The State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
