The Ninja Ranch is perfect for a family, girls weekend, 3 couple getaway, or up to two small families. No exceptions due to onsite water supply. Ranch has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One opens to a south view, the other two to the north (one with direct access to the second bathroom.) Vaulted ceilings in the great room. Formal dining for 6 inside and out. A luxurious and well appointed ranch for the discerning traveler with inifnite special touches. The rental provides access to the first floor of the property only (owners storage loft excluded) with a lovely open floor plan in the main living area.

We have only one neighbor who values the seclusion of the Magical Mojave as much as we do. Therefore large groups, parties and noise are not a match for the Ninja Ranch.

Property is leased via a signed rental agreement. Payment is easily handled via the online payment system. I make a personal contact with each person I rent to and do my best to ensure your stay is pure mojave ninja magic. Ninja Ranch is a super special place that loves super people.

The property is located: DIRECTLY adjacent to the Joshua Tree National Park Boundary; 1.5 miles Indian Cove. DIRECTLY between both park entrances. One neighbor within 100 acres of the Ranch, 1/4 mile off the main thoroughfare of Hwy 62 (29 Palms Highway) makes it incredibly easy access and perfect quiet. Incredible sweeping 360 degree views. NO PETS for guests and children with allergies for a healthy spot to stay and play.

Amenities are for DISCERNING TRAVELERS, chefs cookware dishwasher, 800sf patio, fire pit, BBQ, games, guitar, SMART TV, BluDVD player. Towels and sheets for guests booked. 3 Bedrooms 2 Queen 1 full queen. Ample sitting and eating areas indoor and out for 6. One full (shower) one half bathroom. Beautifully appointed. The perfect place to unplug for a weekend away from it all, and the perfect location to access all The National Park has to offer.

Incredible

Such a beautiful house and location. It has a meticulously designed interior and exterior that mixes modern comforts with rustic aesthetic. Only about 5-10 mins away from the national park. The house is unique, understated, and unbelievably comfortable. A must stay for anybody looking to visit Joshua Tree.

Family Get Away to JTNP

We loved our time at the Ninja Ranch. We went with our 9 month old and 3 year old. It was a great base for hiking in JTNP. We loved it so much that upon arrival we tried to change around our other reservations and stay an extra night. Chaz was completely accomodating with that, but we couldn't do all the change fees with our other reservations. Our 3 year old loved the leaf canopy and special room that she had all to herself, it was perfect. And so nice to have the pack n play for our baby. I enjoyed the sauna and we all enjoyed relaxing both inside and outside the house. Highly recommend it!

Nice location if visiting Joshua Tree National Park

Just miles from park with all of the comforts of home. Clean and quiet and owner was responsive with communications. Location is quite remote and there is a number of rules about water usage , house use and such. Still, a good home base for park access.

Amazing property!

The house was perfect! The kids slept outside on the hammocks, we enjoyed the warmth and dryness of the desert, and the proximity to JTNP was perfect! It is a beautiful place to visit and Chaz is a gracious host!

Clean, great location, lots of character

We (my husband, 2 year old, 6 year old, and myself) had a great three night stay here. The house is clean, the owner is organized, and we were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to friends going out to Joshua Tree. Thanks Chaz!
