Lahaina family trip
We had a great time at this unit. Right on the waterfront (although you have to walk a bit to get to decent beach) with Lanai that we spent most of our time on. The grounds were great, with grassy areas well-maintained and three very nice pools (which our granddaughter loved). The unit itself was nothing fancy, but well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, cups/glasses, etc. Perhaps the only minor issue was with the living area, which has limited seating (4 comfortably--there were six of us). But, again, we spent most of our time on the Lanai, so it was not much of an issue. The condo development was convenient to Lahaina--walkable to downtown in about 15 mins., and easily drivable in 5. The realtor handling the property was extremely helpful, providing us with some personal child equipment, and assisting immediately with a minor plumbing issue. All in all, a great place for a family vacation and for being in a prime location on Maui.
Great Vacation Location
Beautiful oceanfront condo. If you want to relax, this is the place. In season the whales are right there and local surfers provide entertainment. The Lanai is perfect for reading, dining, and enjoying the sunset. There are three pools and a tennis court and plenty of open areas for strolling. It is within walking distance to Lahaina. Inside the kitchen is huge with everything you need. Seating in front of the large flat screen TV is not the most comfortable, but we didn't come to watch TV. Ron Roos, the manager, was pleasant and attentive to our every question. Puamana is one of the best places on Maui.

This residence and all residences on the property seemed to be very well taken care of, very enjoyable and relaxing.

Best location at Puamana. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, It has a well equipped kitchen. The furnishings were very comfortable. It was nice having both gas and charcoal BBQ. WE WILL RETURN.

This was a great unit. Had everything we needed and the property manager was very responsive to all our needs.

I'm ready to move in!
We stayed here first in Maui for 5 nights and then left for Kauai for 5 nights. Puamana 19-3 felt like HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Not a hotel, not a timeshare feeling like the other place we had in Kauai. The bedding was perfect, the bathrooms are updated and nice. We never wished the air conditioning was any different. The kitchen is updated with a perfect amount of utensils and dishware. My only wish is that there was a more comfortable sofa than the settee in the living area but since we never turned on the tv, it didn't matter since we were sitting outside anyway. There is nothing better than watching the surfers in the morning just feet from your patio. And Ron was great, checking on us and making sure we were ok. We will be back! THANK YOU

PUAMANA COMMUNITY FEE IS $10/DAY + 4.166% TAX UP TO A MAX OF $160 + TAX. THIS INCLUDES PARKING FOR ONE VEHICLE. A SECOND VEHICLE MAY BE REGISTERED FOR A FLAT $25 + TAX. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND ANY REFUND AFTER FULL PAYMENT DUE DATE OR IF PAID IS BASED ON OUR BEING ABLE TO RE-RENT THE UNIT FOR THE SAME AMOUNT. $200 CLEANING FEE ON RENTALS OF LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS.
