This Savannah unit is located in downtown Rosemary Beach and offers wonderful views of the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches from its 3rd floor balcony. The condo boasts 2 bedrooms, a bunk area, and 2.5 bathrooms.

The property was built with only the finest of materials such as Viking appliances, hardwood floors, granite counters tops, and mahogany doors.

Upon entering, you are greeted by an open and inviting living, kitchen, and dining space. This makes the condo the best entertaining location in the Savannah building!

The spacious master suite is adorned with a King sized bed, private bathroom, private balcony with Gulf views, and a sunroom nook perfect for reading.

The second master has a king sized bed and its own private bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s.

Additional sleeping can be found in the bunk area in the hall outside of the second master. This is the perfect place for the kiddos to bunk up for a long sleep after a tiring day at the beach!

Enjoy the lifestyle that only Rosemary Beach can offer you, your friends and family. Centrally located to the best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and some of the most challenging golf courses the gulf coast has to offer.

This property is in the heartbeat of the Rosemary Beach Main Street where you have fabulous restaurants such as Paradis, La Crema, and others all within a 15 second walk from the Savannah Building.

The famous SUGAR SHACK is on the first floor of the Savannah which is the kid’s hangout spot. Ice Cream and Candy is abundant at the Sugar Shack.

The Savannah is on the south side of 30-A so there are no roads to cross to get to the beaches and pool. There isn't a 2BEDROOM 2.5BATH property anywhere in Rosemary that is this close to the beach. Walk to the beach in 1 minute!

Private and dedicated parking spot for our guests. Our dedicated parking spot is right at the door of the Savannah building.

The tennis and fitness center is open to our guests. Daily and weekly memberships available.

Easy access to Hwy 98, allowing you to explore the nearby cities of Destin or Panama City Beach, as well as, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport now open.

Important Things to know:

1) We do not offer Travel Protection Insurance in our quotes. You may obtain one independently.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.

3) 2 bikes are included in the rental. To utilize, waiver must be signed and received before code provided.

4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.

**International Travelers will be charged a 5% admin fee instead of the domestic admin fee shown at the time of booking.

Okay at best

Very noisy, main tv had no channels, dryer had a very loud screech, foul smell in master bedroom, warped floor in master. Teenagers were jumping from deck to deck, fire alarm would go off every time we cooked.

Amazing location!

We have been coming to Rosemary for the past couple years and this has been the easiest rental experience by far. We had all of our check-in information before we arrived so we didn't have to stop anywhere to check-in, we could just head straight to the condo. Also, the bikes that came with the unit were locked up steps from building, so we didn't have to go wait in line to rent them. Having the bikes made daily bike trips to the beach and around town so easy. This condo is so close to the pools and beach as well as the restaurants. We honestly didn't use our car all week! Thank you for a great week!

Top Notch Vacation Rental!!

We were so pleased with the Savannah property, located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. It was so nice to be at this location, we were literally close to everything we needed. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. The kids could play on the green space conveniently located close to our place. It really felt like the true Rosemary experience being right next to the downtown area. We cannot wait to get back next year!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The Savannah property is a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Rosemary Beach. It was perfect for my family of four. I have two teenage children who enjoyed the convenient location.We felt very comfortable with them exploring the town on their own. It is just a few blocks away from the beach and is in the center of all the restaurants. Two bikes were part of the rental which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place. We plan on going back.

Just steps from the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo is very spacious and accommodating for a large group with all the space that is available. The only reason this property did not get a 5 star rating, is the noise level from the street and shops. We are older and enjoy quiet surroundings after 10pm. This property would be an awesome choice for a family with young, pre-teen and teen children. They have a ball down at the Sugar Shack and surrounding areas. The owner has done a wonderful job in outfitting this condo.
