Welcome to our beautiful and fully renovated downtown Park City, Utah home that boasts 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large gourmet kitchen, private Jacuzzi hot tub, large family room and extra den, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, one-car garage, HDTV’s and high-end finishes throughout. It is just 250 yards to Park City, the largest ski & snowboard resort in the United States with over 7,300 acres of skiable terrain. It is meticulously designed and fully restored to impress each and every Guest that enters the home and with its central location in downtown, this is the perfect destination for exciting events like the Sundance Film Festival, President’s Week, March Break and the Holidays. Ideal for families, friends traveling together and exclusive travelers, this stunning residence has been carefully composed for the perfect balance of high-end amenities and contemporary sophistication and with unrivaled proximity to local attractions.

FEATURES OF OUR HOME AND SLEEPING CONFIGURATION:

• Our stunning mountain home is situated right at the base of Park City - formerly Park City Mountain Resort - now the largest ski resort in the United States.

• Renovated and restored Mountainside Park City single family home with 5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms and can sleep twelve (12) people in seven (7) beds.

• Gourmet, fully-stocked kitchen with everything you need to show off your great cooking skills.

• Private and secluded Jacuzzi hot tub with seating for six (6) people and large balcony off of the second living room / den.

• Bedding configuration: king size bed, three (3) queen size beds, two (2) twin beds, sleeper sofa.

• Large family room, entertainment center with 42” HDTV, Comcast TV, DVD player, LG sound system and Wi-Fi.

The large family living room is well equipped with comfortable suede furniture, matching love-seat and a leather wingback chair to relax in while watching your favorite sports on the 42” HDTV with Comcast, DVD player and LG speakers. The living room also features a floor to ceiling stone mantle with a wood-burning fireplace, which is ideal for every evening that you plan to stay at home.

The gourmet kitchen is beautifully renovated to feature thick granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry, a complete range of household appliances including refrigerator, stainless steel stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and other small household appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.), large pantry, breakfast bar with stool chairs for three (3) and a wide variety of cookware, corning-ware, dishes and utensils to prepare all your daily meals. The kitchen conveniently flows into the formal dining room with a beautiful mountain chandelier, hardwood dining room table and seating is available for ten (10) people.

The main floor offers you access to a private Jacuzzi hot tub with seating for six (6) and is just one of four outdoor spaces that you can enjoy. A full bathroom (1) is also just off of the kitchen and is equipped with a walk-in shower, granite countertops, stainless steel finishes and toilet. A stackable washing machine and clothes dryer is also convenient situated on the main floor and is nicely tucked away in a closet.

Through the living room, head downstairs and that is where you will find two of the five large bedrooms and a second living room / den, which is ideal for larger groups and families. The second family living room is equipped with a 37” HDTV and full entertainment center with a DVD player & Comcast, plush & leather detailed sofa that can also convert to a pull out bed and hardwood tables with appropriate lighting. The third (3) balcony / outdoor space is situated just off of the den and offer great views of downtown Park City.

The first bedroom (1) features a queen size bed with hardwood bed frame, large dresser and closet for storage, nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan and a private en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom (2) has a bathtub, shower, tile floor, long granite countertop with Kohler sink and toilet. The second bedroom (2) features a queen size bed, large wood dresser and closet for storage, two (2) nightstands with lamps and recessed ceiling lighting. It is also important to note that the ceiling height is just over nine (9) feet, which is unique to this single family home and the Park City area. The third bathroom (3) is equipped with a long granite vanity with Kohler sink and stainless steel finishes, bathtub and shower.

Head downstairs one more time to the walk-out basement level, where the other three (3) bedrooms are situated and the first room you’ll encounter is the master suite i.e. the third (3) bedroom. The third bedroom (3) features a king size bed with hardwood bed frame and comfortable linens and bedding, large antique dressers, a 42” HDTV with DVD player & Comcast, two (2) nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan and a private en suite bathroom. The master bathroom (4) features a long granite counter top with a his and hers Kohler vanity, stainless steel fixtures throughout, bathtub, shower and toilet.

The fourth bedroom (4) is large in size and comfort and offers up another queen size bed with a log pole hardwood bed frame, large closet and dresser for all your personal effects and nightstand with lamp.

The fifth bedroom (5) is ideal for children as it has two (2) twin beds, two (2) large dressers and closet for all your storage needs, recessed lighting and again, those nine (9) foot ceilings continue throughout the third floor, so the home continues to feel open, large and comfortable for all. The final bathroom (5) is equipped, similar to all the others, with a granite countertop with vanity, bathtub, shower and toilet.

*Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months.

Not what we expected

We chose this place because it was listed as one of very few homes with air conditioning for our July mountain biking trip. Got to the house in the late afternoon to find it has no a/c. Had small children and grandparents spending many hours in a hot house. Our only suggested option was to use fans.The House is well appointed and has a great location. It is a very tall and narrow house with a lot of steps. The house is comfortable, but the sleeper sofa support is torn in half and couldn't support the mattress. We had to remove the mattress and use it on the floor. Most importantly, the house was not particularly clean, especially the bathrooms. A previous renter had even written "wash me" in the grime on the shower wall in the master bathroom and in the shower on the main floor. The cleaning crew failed to remove them. None of the bath tubs in any of the bathrooms were clean enough to actually take a bath; showers only. The place has great potential but needs a more attentive cleaning crew.

Owner's Response: We felt extremely awful and embarrassed to read your review and are very sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced! We take pride in taking the role and responsibility of being a host very seriously and in doing our best to go way above and beyond for each guest so that each guest has a wonderful and stress free experience in our home! We certainly know how frustrating it can be when things aren't found as expected. Unfortunately, the majority of homes in Park City do not have A/C. With that, I must sincerely apologize if somewhere along the booking process one of our representatives informed you that the home was equipped with A/C. When we received the phone call from a member in your party on the evening of your check-in date (with the complaint about no A/C) you let us know you were disappointed, but that everything would be fine as long as you were brought some fans. So, as specifically requested, 7 new fans were purchased and delivered to the home first thing the next morning. Our house manager asked if there was anything else at all that needed any attention and then he proceeded to extend all of the bedroom ceiling room fan chains, as you mentioned that one of them was a bit to high to reach. If we had known about any of the other items (ie sofa sleeper rip or bathroom items), we would have IMMEDIATELY and happily taken care of those items for you folks. Again, it is our absolute goal to make sure the home is in pristine condition and we have gone into great detail to make sure the home is fully updated and equipped so that the guests to have everything they might need to have a fabulous vacation. I just wish we would have had the opportunity to make these other things right for you early on in your stay - as we would have responded immediately to correct ANY and ALL of these items for you. Please do know that we are extremely sorry for the home not being absolutely perfect upon your arrival and that these items deterred you from enjoying your vacation in our home. We have already addressed each of the mentioned items, but again just deeply apologize for your having to find them before we did. We hope you allow us the opportunity to serve you again in the near future!

excellent ski trip location

VERY convenient to ski lifts and restaurants/main street. Possible to enjoy Park City from here without a car. Worked very well in terms of sufficinet separation by floors so that babies and adults all got enough sleep. We really liked it.

Excellent stay and great house. We had a large extended family trip and couldn't have been happier with the place. Was exactly as we'd pictured and hoped. Great layout with kitchen attached to open living room. Comfortable, clean, spacious. Best part was the location, easy walk to slopes (if you're healthy and in shape enough to ski you can do this walk easily) and everything else that's at the base, plus an equally easy walk to town. Stairs (multiple levels) were a little tough on the patriarch's knees, but then so is skiing. Other than that, no complaints at all. Would absolutely rent again.

Perfect location to Park City Mountain Resort Lift

Location, Location, Location. Almost ski-in,ski-out without the extra cost. The townhome was perfect for our extended adult family. Easy walk to the base of the lift. Each bedroom has it's own bath which is great for adults travelling together. Easy walk to grocery store and shopping. Less than 5 minutes from Main Street. The property manager provided information for lift ticket discounts, ski equipment discounts, and shuttle transportation information which were used and valuable. We'll be back!!
