Located at Perdido Skye @ Perdido Key, fl.This west end beach front condo has a great view of the gulf and pool.

Located on the 2nd floor, you have a great view of the pool and gulf. You don't need to wait for the elevator. The stairs are right next to the entry door to this condo.

Condo #16 has a covered entry and a nice balcony overlooking

the pool. When you enter the condo, the master bedroom with a

king bed is to your right. The bath is also on the right and is fresh and nice. Next are the bunk beds for the kids with colorful comforters. The kids will love them!.

The living/dining area is bright, due to the colors and west side window, plus the gulf side windows. There is a queen sleeper

and a full table for 4, plus 2 counter stools. A nice cheerful and efficent kitchen.

The pool has poolside baths, a sunbathing area and wooden walkover to the beach.

WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE....dining...drinks...shoping...and within 1 mile of...McDonalds...Burger King...Subway...Winn Dixie..

Publix...and many other shops.

Wonderful Stay:)

My family and I just came back from a week long stay at this condo. We never stayed closer to the beach. We were one floor above the pool which made it easy access for us as well as a short walk to the beach. Loved the fact that we did not have to use the elevator just one flight of stairs which saved time. The condo itself is bright and has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The building was quiet even though our stay was during peak season. Visitors in the building and town were friendly. Mike is excellent to work with and is very responsive. Our deposit was returned in a very timely manner. I would recommend to others needing a quiet getaway.

Very Clean, Family Friendly Atmosphere. Our stay was during spring break and it was very quite, and the beach wasn't crowded. I highly recommend it and will come back again soon.

The condo was simple, but it was as advertised. The owner was responsive and returned our deposit in a very timely manner. Very good view from balcony and easy access to the pool and beach. We would consider staying here again.

Excellent Stay

This condo is exactly as shown and more. The corner balcony gives you a great view of the gulf - you couldn't ask for more. Its just steps to the beach and close to many restaurants, attractions etc. We were lucky enough to see dolphins each day from the balcony and collected some very nice shells. Johnson beach held some very nice shells and is just a very short walkable distance. Mike went out of his way to accommodate us! We will be back.
