The Blackstone Mountain Lodge is located in the quaint picturesque town of Canmore, nestled in the Canadian Rockies just a one hour drive from the city of Calgary. The resort features 5-star luxury finishing and amenities. Our one bedroom 732 sqft condo sleeps up to four adults, and two children, or two adults and four children comfortably, and is exquisitely decorated with modern furnishings, a full kitchen, dining/living room, large master bedroom/bath, fireplace, and an outdoor covered patio overlooking the pool/spa area, with breathtaking mountain views. For video entertainment there are two wifi ready, flatscreen digital HD TV's in the suite. In the complex itself there is a fully appointed exercise facility, massage rooms, underground parking, and a HEATED OUTDOOR POOL AND 2 SPAS, OPEN YEAR ROUND. Main street in Canmore is within walking distance of the resort, and offers an exquisite assortment of restaurants, shops, and services. The town itself and surrounding areas feature unlimited outdoor recreation activities year round. There are top of line golf courses, ski hills, the Nordic Centre, and numerous hiking trails along the rivers and streams throughout the city. Banff National Park is only a 20 min drive west, a great day trip. Great location with all the amenities we could ask for. Plenty of room for our family of 3!

Surpassed Expextations

Well equipped and very nice accommodation. Comfortable king suite. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice pool and hot tub. Covered secure parking and a gas BBG grill for your AAA Canadian beef. No complaints and the owner was very responsive to our several e.mails in advance. Had no need to call during stay but we had his cell just in case. All in all very nice and well priced. We would highly recommend and would return if ever in tha area. Well Done!

Beautiful condo with perfect location

We stayed 2 nights between business trips, it was the perfect place to unwind. 15 minutes from Banff, about an hour to lake Louise, location was perfect. Pictures are very accurate. There was a safeway and liquor store in town where we bought what we needed. Used the bbq, they were clean and there was 4 of them so never had to wait. Pool and hot tubs were nice. We'd go back again in a heartbeat! Oh and make sure you go visit lake Moraine while there, worth the effort to get there.

Clean, comfortable and spacious.

Loved this condo. It's got everything you need for a homely stay. It's beautifully clean and has very comfortable beds, even the bunk beds were comfy. There is a heated outdoor pool with two hot tubs and four large BBQs which can all be used while staying. We walked into Canmore along the river, taking about 15/20 minutes, which is really pleasant.

Fantastic vacation for our family

First I'll start by saying I choose this unit because it had bunk beds, our boys 18, 21 want their own beds and because of their age they don't really need a separate bedroom (we used the front walk in closet with the luggage rack to put all their stuff) so this worked out perfect. Our unit had everything we needed including the washer and dryer which we used since we had packed more warmer items based on the forecast when we left but it was a much warmer week so this was handy. We were able to walk to restaurants and downtown etc. We also loved the smart TV when us old people crashed at night the young lads were able to watch their Netflix shows just as if they were at home. This was an affordable option with one bedroom and the bunk area and it worked really well for our family! We cooked a couple time and made some lunches to go was great having a kitchen even though I try not to cook when I'm away it was great doing it here. Oh and I left a small cooler bag for others to pack picnic lunches too. Thank you for a great week!

Very nice. Family really enjoyed our stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We have been to Canmore and Banff for the last 4 summer's in a row and like this property the best of the places we have stayed. It is a good location with nice rooms. The layout of the suites is what we like most. Pool area and hot tubs are a nice feature. For our family, having a separate bedroom, a kitchen with dishwasher and in-suite laundry is a big perk. We would definitely come back again.
