The Blackstone Mountain Lodge is located in the quaint picturesque town of Canmore, nestled in the Canadian Rockies just a one hour drive from the city of Calgary. The resort features 5-star luxury finishing and amenities. Our one bedroom 732 sqft condo sleeps up to four adults, and two children, or two adults and four children comfortably, and is exquisitely decorated with modern furnishings, a full kitchen, dining/living room, large master bedroom/bath, electric fireplace (currently not working as waiting for parts), and an outdoor covered patio overlooking the pool/spa area, with breathtaking mountain views. For video entertainment there are two wifi ready, flatscreen digital HD TV's in the suite. In the complex itself there is a fully appointed exercise facility, massage rooms, underground parking, and a HEATED OUTDOOR POOL AND 2 SPAS, OPEN YEAR ROUND. Main street in Canmore is within walking distance of the resort, and offers an exquisite assortment of restaurants, shops, and services. The town itself and surrounding areas feature unlimited outdoor recreation activities year round. There are top of line golf courses, ski hills, the Nordic Centre, and numerous hiking trails along the rivers and streams throughout the city. Banff National Park is only a 20 min drive west, a great day trip. Perfect for a mountain getaway

This condo is perfectly located and equipped. Pros: easy to find, underground parking, hot tub (Yes please & thank you!), comfortable King Bed & bedding in master, towels & linens provided, condiments & cooking utensils provided, communication with hosts impeccable. Cons: Netflix kept cutting out due to Wifi issues so we downloaded episodes onto our laptop and played it using an HDMI cord to the TV. Overall: highly recommend and we will be back.
