Chosen as one of the "10 Great Streets in Taos," beautiful tree lined Burch St. is close to everything yet quiet and serene. This charming casita with lovely grounds and koi pond is the authentic Taos experience.
A scenic short walk to the Historic District, Taos Plaza, great restaurants, galleries, spas and event packed Kit Carson Park.
Just a short drive to the Taos Pueblo, Earthship Community, Rio Grande Gorge, the town of Arroyo Seco, Carson National Forest, and Taos Ski Valley.
This romantic 715 sq. ft. getaway has two gas fireplaces, a jet tub, one bedroom with walk out courtyard and one bath. There is also a full kitchen for stirring up your favorite meal, an entry courtyard, Wifi, cable TV, stereo and washer/dryer. This is a non smoking unit.
Although this is quite the romantic spot it is also suitable for a small family or gathering of friends. This unit sleeps four, with a queen bed, one twin Taos bed and one twin banco bed.
Children are welcome but be aware that the gas fireplaces get very hot and there is an unfenced pond on the property.

We love Taos because it is so wonderfully unique and there is always something fun going on! It just feels good to be here!

I loved the southwestern touches in the home design, especially the red cabinets in the kitchen. The apartment was comfortable and in a good walking location, close to the Taos Plaza.
I have a couple of minor suggestions. I am a cook and the kitchen was very well equipped, but it would have been nice to have a bigger chef's knife. And it would have been nice to have a few more channels on the TV, although we enjoyed the DVD boxset of old mysteries.
I would stay there again.
Owner quite easy to work with, so you can set your mind at ease. Location is in town, but seems to be in the country. It's so pretty and quiet. Lots of extras make it even nicer.
Not enough stars to rate the Waddy's warm, inviting space. The location couldn't be better - close enough to the historic district to walk, and far enough away to have privacy; the finishes in this unit display the full range of Taosenos craftsmanship and the Waddy's excellent taste without being fussy; the amenities are thoughtful and complete without cluttering the small but ample space. This listing is even more beautiful than described, and Cheryl responded nearly immediately in each case I contacted her. Be sure to eat at LoveApple - the name does NOT do justice to the restaurant itself. The food is all organic and sourced locally, and the menu has something for everyone. I am a bit of a food snob and my meal was literally the best meal I have ever had, and I have eaten in some world class establishments. For breakfast, skip Michael's Kitchen and go to BearClaw Bakery, just 2 doors down from Michael's. The veggie green chile has the perfect amount of heat, and the sweets are all homemade. The coffee is roasted in Albuquerque. You will be so happy you ate at both of these places!
This was a very nice property, and located near many Taos attractions. This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I, but there would have been plenty of room for the kids too. I would recommend this place without reservations.
Bed was very comfortable, plenty of room overall and srocked very well. Only negative was the living room. We were watching the Olympics and it is not laid out well for that. However due to the configuration I'm not sure how it could be improved.
