Situated on the corner of Prospect and Orange, this home is perfect for your weekend getaway or your family vacation! It can comfortably sleep 10 but has accommodations for 12. Bath House Row, Downtown, and Central Avenue are all within walking distance (.3 miles) as well as many fantastic restaurants, stores, and antique shops. Hiking in the National Park and viewing the hot springs are also within walking distance.
The large home (3500 sq. ft.) features a large Great Room (living area) with a gas fireplace, two seating areas, dining area, flat screen TV, and entrance way. It also has two bedrooms downstairs with one and a half baths. All three bedrooms upstairs have their own full bathrooms. The upstairs and downstairs can be heated and cooled separately. The kitchen features a separate breakfast/eating area as well as all the cooking appliances and necessities in a home. The entire home features beautiful original wood floors and large windows.
