Located in the heart of charming East Vail, our creekside Timberfalls Condominium unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Please make yourself at home in our immaculately clean, bright, beautifully appointed corner unit that offers 1600 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a loft with king convertable bed, a full kitchen with every provision imaginable, Washer/Dryer and comfortable living and dining areas. You will receive the very best service and quality accommodations and will not be disappointed. We are on the second and third floors in a 4 family complex with ample parking. Our back balcony overlooks the Gore Creek and extends all across the back of the condo for glorious vistas of the creek with the majestic backdrop of towering pines and snowcapped mountain peaks surrounding us on all sides. The master bedroom also has a balcony with view of the creek. The upstairs guest bedroom has spectacular views of the mountains. We are 50 steps from the free Town of Vail (that is the TOV to the locals) bus route, which provides shuttles to and from Vail almost every 15 minutes from the wee hours of the morning until 2:00 a.m. at night in the winter. Vail Village boasts world class dining, shopping, skiing, ice skating and almost any amenity you can think of. And do not miss a theatre/dining experience at the Solaris Residences!

Enjoy newly installed granite countertops in the kitchen, stone backsplash and all new in 2014 stainless steal appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, including seasonal Christmas place settings and festive linens, top of the line cookware, Cuisinart appliances, Wilton Armetale serving platters and utensils and full compliment of Penzey spices and condiments. Help yourself to our staples such as sugar, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, spices, and cooking oil, not to mention the chocolate chips to bake cookies! Wood burning fireplace with full wood rack, keeps the whole household toasty warm. Dimmers on all lights and separate thermostats for all rooms. Ceiling fans in all rooms for those summer days will keep you cool and relaxed. All rooms have Cable TV and Sony DVDs for your entertainment pleasure.

The Bedrooms have THE most deluxe linens, purchased at the Linen Kist in Beaver Creek. Plentiful turkish bath towels are of the highest quality and absorbancy. AVEDA and L'Occitaine products provided. In addition, you will enjoy donning the his and her luxury robes and slippers just waiting for you in the closet of all 3 bedrooms - plus an extra one for an additional guest! 3 full bathrooms have marble surround in showers and countertops. Unlimited hot water heater ensures that everyone has plenty of hot water apres ski!

There is a new stackable washer and dryer in the unit - please help yourself to laundry detergent. Eliminates the need to bring lots of clothes on vacation!

The second floor master bedroom has a king sized new bed and a newly remodeled master bathroom. The guest bedroom, also on the second floor, has a double bed. The 3rd bedroom, on the first floor, has 2 twin beds with an adjacent bath. This room is perfect for kids!

The living room has an entertainment system with a flat panel TV, DVD player and a DVD library (movies and music).

In addition, there is a small grocery store and liquor store located nearby in East Vail City, and City Market and Safeway are located in west Vail for larger shopping trips. We have provided you with both a City Market and Safeway card, that entitles you to considerable savings when shopping there.

Our unit is just steps from the FREE outdoor hot tub and there is an Olympic sized pool for your enjoyment open during the summer months. We have large pool towels for your use at the pool or spa. There are also tennis courts and we have provided the tennis balls in our unit. We also have a woman's bike that is available for our guest's use. All these amenities are FREE of charge to our guests.

Our unit is located 2 units down from the Vail Racquet Club that includes a fitness room with new Cybex and Nautilus machines, free weights, year-round olympic-sized outdoor heated pool, an indoor adult hot tub and an outdoor family friendly hottub, men's and women's steam and dry saunas, outdoor tennis, picnic area, playground and recreation turf. There is a $20 per person per day charge to use the facility (or you may buy a 10 punch card for $150 that can be used by multiple guests).

Why Debbie Trent chose Vail

We have been coming to Vail for years, and cried everytime we had to return home to Missouri. Each season has its own unique beauty. My daughter and I love to ski and my husband loves to fish (couldn't get much closer than 50 feet from your front door). When our daughter decided to become a Colorado Buffalo (GO BUFFS!), and now has accepted a job in Denver upon her graduation, that was the tipping point. We had to have a larger place as we knew we would be coming to CO more often to visit. We stumbled upon this perfectly beautiful unit that fulfilled all of our requirements, and the rest is history.

What makes this condo unique

Beautifully appointed, convenient access, very clean and well maintained, designer bedding and finishes. Corner unit with sliding glass doors that can be fully opened onto the desk overlooking Gore Creek. In summer, you can enjoy both inside and outside entertaining overlooking Gore Creek.

Our guests have access to a free hottub steps from our unit for use by guests of Timberfalls Condo. Also, our guests may enjoy the amenties offered by the Vail Racquet Club including year round heated outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub and indoor (adult only) hot tub, dry and steam sauna, workout room as well as clay and hard surface tennis courts open in summer. You can visit the racquet club website for guest fees to access amenities.

Vail & Beaver Creek VRBO

Great accommodations. The home was VERY clean, had a great kitchen (with everything you'd ever need to cook), and a roomy living room. The showers had Aveda shampoo and conditioner (my favorite), the pillows were fluffy, and my bed was so comfortable!

The owner is wonderful to work with and is there for you if you need anything. I left a couple of clothing items by accident and she quickly let me know that I left them there and that she'd ship them soon.

I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this VRBO! :)

Perfect location close to the shuttle stop is a huge plus. The unit was well taken care of, and very nicely stocked. We had a great stay and really enjoyed this property.

Clean, meticulously and tastefully furnished, great service!

We stayed for a full week, a little tight for the 8 of us... but that was to be expected. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything that we could have asked for, the beds were comfortable except for the sofa bed in the loft which does not really qualify as a bed, our two young adult boys ended up sleeping on the floor, a little better!. Other than that, the service was impeccable, Debbie was very responsive to our every need, highly recommended for 6

Good thing that we are only 50 steps from the town of Vail shuttle which runs every 15 minutes in the winter which makes the trip to the slopes very easy! Please come visit us again!

Enjoy excellent year round trout fishing on Gold Medal rated Gore Creek as well as the Eagle, Colorado, Blue, Frying Pan and Roaring Fork rivers that are all near by. Big Horn Park is a 5 minute walk where you will find a small fishing pond and walking trails. Snowshoeing and cross country skiiing are available at the Vail Nordic Center as well as at McCoy Park
