This large 2 story home is located 1 mile from the intersection of Hwy 183 and Spicewood Springs/McNeil Drive and offers a wonderfully shaded backyard with activities for everyone. The home is comprised of four upstairs bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with an open main living/dining/kitchen area, full kitchen with granite countertops, game room, fitness room, multiple patio spaces, a screen enclosed hot tub room, and an outdoor pool (June - September). Amenities include a stacked washer and dryer, wireless Internet access, TVs in all the rooms including 55' LED Smart HDTVs in the living and game rooms, a hockey table, shuffleboard table, gas grill, and a playground. The fitness room has a bike, an elliptical, and a TV.
The property sleeps up to 10 adults with a king bed, three queen beds, a twin daybed with a trundle, and a set of twin bunkbeds. There is an additional queen fold out on the living room sofa. The trundle is on the first floor in the game room. The kitchen is well appointed with all appliances.
The property is located in an area that has great access to all that Austin has to offer. Shopping at The Domain, Lakeline Mall, The Arboretum at Great Hills, IKEA and Round Rock Premium Outlets. Activities at the Austin Aquarium, iFLY Austin, Main Event Entertainment Center, Volente Beach Water Park, etc. Spend the day exploring outside at St. Edwards Park, Lake Travis, Mt. Bonnell, or right here at the Mountain neighborhood trails, and then watch the sunset at The Oasis Restaurant. Perfect for families traveling with kids, bridal party accommodations or a small group's weekend getaway.
This property is located in the midst of some of the best restaurants, lakes, entertainment, music, recreation, and leisure activities in the state. No keys and no security concerns with a unique code that works for your reservation only. We accommodate early check-in /late checkout requests whenever possible. You will find the house is also stocked with many of the comforts of home when you arrive. A few days before your reservation begins we will send you an email with property directions, details, unlock code and instructions. And if you need us, we are available 24 hours and 7 days per week.
Occupancy is limited to 10 adults to comply with City of Austin ordinance requirements. You must be over 25 years of age to rent this home. Parking for up to six vehicles is available in the driveway and at the side of the house. No boats, trailers or RVs are allowed. Failure to follow these rules may result in you and your guests being asked to vacate the home before your reservation is over and/or forfeiting your deposit.
