The Mosley Cottage is a privately owned Cottage - Same owner owner for the past 28 years. The Cottage sleeps 12 people. With 5 BR's (3 King, 2 Twin, 2 Double), and 4 BA's (3 showers, 1 footed tub). the Mosley Cottage is very comfortable for a group or a small family. It is with-in 600 feet of the Ocean Public Access, in a neighborhood setting great for the children's biking. In the Historic Village Area, we are with-in walking distance of the Lighthouse, Fun Zone, Putt-Putt, Swimming, Shopping and Restaurants.

Each level of the Cottage has its' own kitchen and flat screen TV's (U-verse & Wi-Fi), with large adjacent deck areas for your enjoyment.

Year Purchased: 1988

About the owner: I take coffee over in the mornings and just watch the water. Then go for about a 30 minute walk for your exercise. Can you think of any better way to start the day - filled with energy and awe. This helps to unwind from a busy work filled life. We have owned this house for almost 30 years and still love coming here. It is our home away from home. We think driving across the causeway is a trip to the twilight zone. (That does date us !)

Why the Owner Chose Saint Simons Island, GA, USA:
Great small Island with lots of history. It still has that quaint feel unlike so many Islands in the area. We bought this home because we traveled in this area since children and loved the Slower Island Life. Now our Children & Grandchildren know this as their get-away also. Hopefully, our love of the Island will be passed down thru future generations.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
It feels like home when you stay in a house instead of a hotel. No need to get dressed to go to breakfast if you don't want to. This is a quiet neighborhood setting. A place to relax and unwind, go to the Ocean or just sit and read a good book.
