Additional information about rental rates
- 2 Day Stay Fee $50 + tax
- Pet Fee $25
- Refundable Damage Deposit $1,000
- Tax Rate 8%
A standard refundable damage/protection fee of $1000 will be charged. Cleaning fees will be retained from the damage/protection deposit. The standard unit rate for cleaning is $150.00; however, the maid service charges by the hour, so the dirtier the home the more the cleaning fee will be; we pass this directly on to the renter so please (don't trash the place or it will get expensive)!
2 day stays will be $200.00/nt rather than $185. We will also typically charge an extra nights rent over a holiday stay, and have increased rates for Sandpoint Festival of 300/nt during this period.
Owner's cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: Hi, My name is Mitch and I am a Mechanical Engineer now living in Charlotte NC, with my wife Carrie and our sons 'Bear' and Wyatt. I was born/raised in Idaho and Carrie and I got married in Sandpoint (Schwitzer to be exact) about 4 years ago. We soon after purchased this house and have since created many great memories in the area. We wanted to share what this area has to offer with others while we are away.
Why the Owner Chose Sandpoint, ID, USA:
We discovered Sandpoint soon after moving to the Northwest. We absolutely loved how much the location had to offer for recreation and the VIEWS while still boasting an upscale downtown area. We've traveled all over the Northwest and Sandpoint has proven to offer the best selection of outdoor activities for the enthusiast while still allowing you the finer amenities you may be accustomed to. We looked at properties for about a year before settling on this house, and we have been more than pleased. We hope you will feel the same way after a stay!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
You would be hard pressed to find a more charismatic town in the northwest. Between my wife and myself we both enjoy skiing (both cross country and downhill), hiking, snow shoeing, sailing, motorsports, dining, hunting, fishing, camping, etc, and Sandpoint has it all. Specific to our home, you will find that it has all the seclusion you will need/want, yet is still only a couple minute drive from downtown.
