About David Williamson
We are United Methodist pastors at a church in St Augustine and bought this place as our family getaway and investment for retirement.
David Williamson purchased this Cabin in 2008
Why David Williamson chose Andrews
We bought this cabin because it was in one of the most beautiful areas we'd ever seen. It is so peaceful and relaxing to listen to the creek bubbling by and there is something to enjoy during every season.
What makes this Cabin unique
We like to relax, spend time with family, enjoy the beautiful outdoors, read a book by the creek, hike local trails, fish for trout, and play in the creek.

I highly recommend this place for honeymooners and people that want to relax in a quiet place. A lot of fun adventures. Water rafting, horse riding, zip lining, and many many more
Really fun getaway
My friends and I had a great time in this cabin. The sound of the creek, the birds in the morning and the moon at night were a rare treat for three people from Los Angeles. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in nc.
Great location with the creek off the back deck, we listened to the sounds of the water flowing.
The city of Andrews is a great small town with friendly people. The cabin has a nice bed, kitchen and deck with a good hot tub. If we could change two things, there would be no neighbors that you can see from the hot tub and a way to listen to the creek even from the inside.
Nice relaxing setting!
I rented this property for spring break with my family. We all had a great time hammocking in the trees by the creek. It was so relaxing with the sound of the water flowing by. We also went on a few hikes nearby on the Appalachian Trail. What a cozy cabin with comfortable beds. We also met some fury new friends that live down the path- two big dogs but they were very friendly! We had several campfires and roasted marshmallows. We also loved the hot tub! It was so nice to go out in the early morning or late evening and just listen to the water flowing through the creek while soothing our sore muscles from hiking. Excellent communication between the property owner as we had a family emergency prior to leaving for Andrews. The owner was very accommodating though we ended up not needing to change our itinerary. Andrews is a cute little town with several nice new restaurants and gift shops. I would highly recommend this getaway to anyone looking to relax in a clean and comfortable cabin.
This is a beautiful cabin, well decorated and very well equipped. Owner was in contact for every need and maintenance crew very eager to help. Love the cleanliness of the overall property.
We absolutely loved every minute spent in the cabin & will definitely be coming back!!
Thanks again David!
