Cute Cabin with a Home Feel
The entire process of reserving the dates to staying in the home was smooth. The home is spacious and beautiful. They provide everything you need to make your stay at big bear a great one! They provide a huge variety of board games and movies! Everything was very clean and well taken care of! The stair way up to the house isn’t shown in the pictures but nonetheless I would recommend this home to anyone!
Thank you. We are happy that you loved the cabin!
Great location for playing in the snow
Had a group of 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 5, 4, 2, and 4 months) stay President's day weekend. Had a great experience as our singular goal was to find some snow and hills to sled down. Loved that there was snow to play in right behind the house and a picnic area/park that we could walk to, avoiding the $5 parking permit and fighting people for parking spots. House was fully stocked, we prepped and ate every meal in the kitchen area and found nothing lacking. The property manager was very prompt in returning inquires and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Another thumbs up for the DVD collection, as there were quite a few recent blockbusters available to watch.
Thank you very much. I'm glad you had a great time! Michelle
location was perfect
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed Thanksgiving weekend, the house was nice, clean, perfect location, Kitchen has all the cookware you need. Very close to Snow Summit. Our Grandkids had a great time playing video games, watching movies. I will definitely go back to this place.
Thank you very much. We would love for you to come back! Michelle
Great place to have a big vacation or just a few days. Everything inside is very clean and in great condition. Great for a big family with kids.
Me and my family love it!
Thank you very much. We love this place too! Call me when you want to come back up to Big Bear. Michelle
Nice place for family visit to Big Bear
My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids aged 13, 11 and 8) had a comfortable 3 night stay in this cabin. The property management team was very accommodating and were quick to reply to all of my inquiries. The cabin was very clean and spacious inside, had a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and comfortable beds. The location is in a quiet residential area just a short 3-5 minute drive to the village - it is very close to the Alpine slide. The cabin rests on a slope so there are stairs (30 of them) to get from the parking area to the cabin. You'll want to make sure everyone in your party is capable of climbing the stairs. Once up the stairs the large deck has two tables and is a nice place to take in an outdoor meal, however the deck is aging and has a few dangerous areas (a few boards bending up and lots of splinter dangers). The only other downside was a slight slope between the family room and the kitchen that is easy to slip on so you'll need to be careful. Overall it is a great place for a family getaway.
I loved it...very clean and close to everything.
