From your very big fourth-floor balcony, watch golfers tee off on a course designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. At this height, you’re level with the distant ocean horizon and have a wonderful world of bright greens and palm trees in the foreground. Enjoy your family and friends’ company on cushioned chairs around an outdoor dining table.
<p>Even when hosting 11 guests, the open-plan living areas leave lots of room for cartwheels and dancing. The room’s lovely atmosphere is equal parts tropical charm to warm-weather comfort. Floor-to-ceiling drapes, lush plants, deep and comfortable cushioned couches and arm chair are just a few of the inclusions. There’s a big, square coffee table for pizza parties and the entertainment unit tucks the brand new HDTV away when not in use.
For meal times, there’s a glass dining table top on handsome carved wooden legs. Six handsome upholstered chairs are available, with extra chairs on the balcony.
In the kitchen, rich new cabinetry sits above granite counter tops. Everything you could want is at hand: a coffee-maker, blender, side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice maker and even a double sink.
In the master bedroom, find warm linens in deep shades of gold. Majestic shades that come to life in the morning sunrise. The king-sized bed is brand new and private balcony access is a real treat. Enjoy lots of storage and the cool breeze of a ceiling fan at night.
The second guest room’s buttery yellow tones keep moods bright. A queen bed and TV are provided. In the third bedroom, an extremely flexible configuration is perfect for teens and children. Sleeping up to five guests, there are three single beds and one double. With a bunk bed set up, there’s still plenty of room for hanging out and watching TV. Finally, a sleeper sofa is hidden in the living room if required.
Should your guest list exceed eleven, unit Cinnamon Beach 144 is still an ideal option. Block-book it with two others on the same floor: Cinnamon Beach 143 is next door and Cinnamon Beach 142 very close as well. It doesn’t get more convenient! Condo Beautiful! Vac Rental Pros/ Housekeeping not so good!
I'm giving 4 stars for the condo owners and not to who we booked through.
Vacation Rental Pros issues:
It was nice to have the app to get messages but I didn't get important messages until after all of my issues which was quite odd.
Upon arrival we had issues getting gate access. Had to call Vacation Rental Pros and it took us about 30 minutes to get into the gated association. When we finally found the building we unloaded all 6 of us (4 kids) and luggage from the car in which we had just traveled all the way from Michigan. We used the elevator to go up to our unit. We entered the door access code and it didn't work. We tried several times and called VRP.. I was transfered to a voicemail and then I called every number I could find but no answers. I even called the emergency number and got a voicemail. We drove back to the gates to get help but they couldn't help us. The nice guy at the gate even tried calling the condo owners. We went back and tried the code again. Nothing! It was so hot outside, we were tired and hungry and I was so upset that we were locked out. I kept calling VRP then finally got a real person who patched me through to the service department. That lady gave me 3 different access codes until finally the last one worked. So in total it took us almost 2 hours to get into the grounds and our unit. Kids couldn't use the pool by that time because it was closed.
Just an FYI the condo looks nothing like the pics. It's wayyyy better. All updated beautifully in coastal decor. The master bedroom has a comfy memory foam mattress. The other two rooms are small but great for kids. Washer and dryer are old and a bit loud but work well. Had all appliances needed, lots of extra pillows, plenty of bath towels and two beach chairs to use. No extra toilet paper rolls though. So you only have what's on the roll. The condo was beautiful but the VRP housekeeping needs to do a better job mopping and cleaning baseboards. The view was gorgeous from the balcony. Parking was easy. It is far from the pool so we drove there. The pools were nice and quiet. They were doing construction and painting while we were here but the pool was still open. The game room was not. I would stay here again for the beach. It is a beach with shells but the water was nice. The pictures make the condo association and resort look huge but it's really not. It's about a 30 minute drive to St Augustine and about 22 minutes to get to Target, chain restaurants, etc.
The condo was beautiful and very clean, a few scuffs on walls and door but just wear and tear. The bed was so comfortable and all the furnishings were nice. Patio furniture stayed damp the entire time (very little sun due to location of condo) but great view of ocean. Golf course grass was dead so that took some away from the patio view. Would have been a wonderful time except for the management company was an absolute nightmare to work with and would never rent from anyone using vacation rental pros,
Nice unit but needs attention and WAY better cleaning
The property has an amazing view just fyi you can not see the sunrise from this unit there is a building caddy corner to it and completely blocks it. The pool is far so you do have to drive. The unit was very spacious. We had a few issues there were about 10 remotes and 7 of them had no batteries. The master bath tub had no plug. It was very dusty in the unit the fans, light fixtures, and vents were caked on with dust. We used a broom to dust them and it was so much that we then had to vacuum the vacuum was so clogged that it sucked up nothing so that led us to cleaning it out. Once we cleaned it out we vacuumed the floors and filled an entire canister for just the living room. If this was the vacuum they use to clean the place it was picking up nothing!! The ice maker kept getting clogged up. And the guest bathroom shower curtain and the master shower had mold. After I cleaned, vacuumed, and try to get the mold out I could finally enjoy my vacation. It's sad cause otherwise its such a nice unit but needs some attention. There was a sign that it was for sale so maybe its not receiving the attention it needs.
I will say this house keeping offered to come reclean the unit but we had already moved in for our 9 day vacation and had already cleaned it ourselves. Maintenance brought batteries and offered to fix the tub drain but we had already bought a stopper. We wont be returning to this unit but hope to return to the complex next year closer to the pool and facing the ocean with no obstructions. I would suggest 2-3 stars mainly due to cleaning.
Great Family Vacation!
This condo had everything that we needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with view of the ocean and the golf course. We brought the grandchildren and they loved it. The beach was beautiful as well. We can't wait to come back!
It is a beautiful home! The pictures do not do it justice! The home was spotless and everyone was very very nice!
The condo is clean and the beach is very nice. The pool area is big and nice but has too many rules and closes early. The condo bed space was not able to sleep the 9 people we had, let alone the 11 it said it could accommodate . The bunk bed was broke and the pull out couch was at an angle and unsleepable too uncomfortable! So 3 of our people had to scramble for a place to sleep ☹️ For the money spent the beds should be comfortable! A nice pet friendly facility.
