Find out why so many of our guests are repeat and referral visitors. Whether for a romantic getaway or restorative family vacation, this Cinnamon Beach corner penthouse will answer your every need.
Relish beautiful decoration throughout the unit’s 2,400 square feet. With the height of a top-floor penthouse suite and double-aspect windows, life here is twice as nice! Just as your views outside seem to go on forever, the cathedral ceilings offer just as much space within.
An outside dining area awaits on your large balcony. Spanning more than 400 square feet, your whole family will fit comfortably around this enviable table. Be sure to snag this unit early. As a prized corner unit, the extra windows along the living, dining and kitchen walls make the unit very sought-after. With ceiling fans above and soft carpet below, any of the open-plan living area’s comfy corners make a great place to spend time. This is augmented by a brand new 42" LCD TV!
Open to the rest of the living area with a wide breakfast bar in between, the kitchen rewards visitors with easy access to popsicles in the side-by-side fridge/freezer or a nice cup of coffee. Granite counter tops, new cupboards and a sunny breakfast nook are just like home - but better!
Every guest deserves the best and this condo delivers. Each of the three bedrooms has their own bathrooms. A king-sized master bed is just the start of the luxury. Private viewing of the Atlantic sunrise from the bed is one way to start the day, while a soak in the en suite Jacuzzi-style tub is another. Not only is there a brand new 35" TV and DVD player, but a writing desk is set in front of the window to conveniently check email. (Wireless Internet is included).
Another king bed awaits in the second guest bedroom, with two twins in the third. The latter is perfect for kids and shows off in bright colors and a surf aesthetic. It has its own DVD player so you needn’t suffer the 50th screening of Alvin & the Chipmunks. There’s an additional sleeper sofa for two in the living room.
Book this unit with two others on the same floor - both penthouses as well - for a perfect large group solution. Cinnamon Beach 164 and Cinnamon Beach 165 both share the same management.
Nearby window shopping awaits in St. Augustine, and there are great local outlet malls to explore.
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front heated pool for adults, a second large heated pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a snack bar, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. Please Note: The splash zone is under construction.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. (Good news, as a Publix Grocery store is right outside the resort.) The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal Waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses.
This VRBO partner has demonstrated and is committed to fast response times, the best rates, and a great guest experience.
Hi! My name is Steve Milo and I started Vacation Rental Pros in 2006. Our family stays in vacation rental homes whenever we travel, both domestically and abroad! I own several vacation homes and listen carefully to all our guests' feedback. Our greatest compliment is when folks refer Vacation Rental Pros to their friends and relatives. We now manage over 1,800 properties in Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina. We have homes in Ft. Myers Beach, Orlando, St. Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Ponte Vedra Beach, Hilton Head and Gatlinburg. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2016. Please call if you need help booking your dream vacation!
The Property was well maintained---I cannot say the same for the UNIT. The carpet was dirty, there were not enough pots and pans and NO mircowaveable dishes. I would return to this Property, just NOT this unit.
SMOKE ALARM WAS BEEPING WHEN WE ARRIVED INDICATING BATTERY LOW. (CLEANING STAFF SHOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT) CALLED TO ASK FOR MAINTENANCE BUT NO ONE SHOWED UNTIL NEXT MORNING...MEANING WE HEARD ALARM ALL NIGHT LONG!!! THE MEN IN THE FAMILY WANTED TO SHOOT THE THING!! WE WERE ALL UP AND DOWN THE ENTIRE NIGHT ( 7 OF US) ALARM TOO HIGH TO REACH TO DO OURSELVES. ALSO MANY LIGHT BULBS WERE BLOWN OUT.(CLEANING STAFF SHOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT TOO)
Size of the condo was excellent, as were the views! Large kitchen, plenty of seating in the common areas. Decor was nice as well. It was a very short walk to the beach, the beach was very clean & quiet. The pool & splash pad for children were an added bonus within the complex, a longer walk from the location of the condo if you have small children you may want to drive & park. The only negative thing I would have to say about the condo is regarding the convertible couch, it is fine seating as a couch however the bed function should you need it is in very poor condition & we ended up having to purchase an air mattress, & there were no sheets provided for that bed so we had to purchase those as well. A minor issue & in the grand scheme of things, we had a fantastic time & would stay again. The complex is within a mile or so of a Publix, which is also very convenient, and it's just a half hours drive up a scenic coast to old town St Augustine, with many good restaurants, stores, & attractions. One of our favorite restaurants ended up being Redfrog & Mctoads, just north up A1A ( a 15 min drive) & has won "taste of St Augustine" for several of their dishes, including yuengling beer battered fish & chips--yum! Cellar 6 (downtown St Augustine) has excellent filet, & we loved the baked brie drizzled with raspberry sauce. It also has a great wine selection. If you drink alcohol & you're in the mood to check out a unique hole-in-the-wall experience, check out the Monk's Vineyard for authentic pirate's grog & mead (honey wine). A lot of locals hang out here, & the shop owner is a very interesting personality.
My stay at Cinnamon Beach was wonderful I had a conference in Jacksonville and my family wanted to go with me for a short vacation. We LOVED the place we stayed at. It was clean and had the best view of the beach. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. I would stay here again in a second.
It was a great family vacation. Please note that my city below should be spelled Louisville.
We had a great time. The condo was perfect. If the weather was warmer we could have gone in the pool or to the beach, but you can't predict the weather. All in all, it was great!
