Right in the heart of a fun, family-friendly oceanside condo complex is our Ocean Village Club D21, a newly renovated and furnished, well-appointed destination for your next beach vacation! Boasting all the comforts of home, it has plenty of room for the whole gang! Plus, it is a corner unit/end unit with a partial ocean view.
Space is used wisely in this spotless, sparkling clean condo. The living room offers a large LCD TV mounted on the wall (away from curious toddlers!), a ceiling fan, a long luxurious sofa, and a comfy wicker chair with matching footstool. There's plenty of room for the family to gather around a movie or enjoy a long chat in the evening. Light floods in from a window in one wall, a sliding-glass door in another, so you can make the room as airy as you like!
When it's time for supper or a snack, serve straight from the kitchen onto our handy breakfast bar, which seats 4 at a wide counter. Our kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast, but if your idea of a vacation involves no cooking, we're ready for that too, with a full-sized fridge for beverages and a microwave for leftover takeout! We've got all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could ask for, too, so don't pack a thing.
The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, with a queen-sized bed with new mattress, his-and-her nightstands, a dresser and bookshelves, and a large TV. Linger over your bedtime drink, enjoying the restful décor of this lovely room. The en-suite bathroom is convenient as well, with both a shower and bathtub.
The second bedroom boasts a jaunty nautical theme that kids will love. Two twin beds make naptime easier, and the en-suite half-bath includes a stacked washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimsuits and towels. And if you need to sleep a couple more friends, our living-room couch pulls out into a sleeper.
Ocean Village Club D21 is on the second floor, close to the tennis courts and one of the swimming pools. Your private patio overlooks a grassy lawn and the street beyond, and is a lovely place to step outside and enjoy the sea breeze. You even get a glimpse of the ocean from this balcony. You may find yourself dining al fresco on your patio most days, or sitting out here while the last evening light slowly fades from the sky. There's nothing like that salt spray for making you feel pleasantly drowsy!
But there is so much to do here, you may not get to spend as much time "at home" as you'd like! The Ocean Village Club offers great activities for the whole family. In addition to the new tennis courts and the pool (heated in winter) near your building, there is a second pool that features a view of the ocean, and plenty of poolside seating. You can even try your hand at shuffleboard on our courts!
The grassy Ocean Village Club grounds are host to picnic tables and charcoal grills for a group barbecue. (There is also free wireless Internet service at the Club House)
And that includes our private walkway down to the beach. No need to cross traffic or pick your way through the dunes -- we deliver you right to the shores of the Atlantic!
You will love our beach. It's got all the space you could ask for to fly a kite, toss a Frisbee, or build a world-class sandcastle. Water sports of all kinds are perfect in our surf, and you can rent any equipment you need. Of course, you may just be content relaxing in a beach chair with your toes in the surf. Sunrises and sunsets are show stopping every day here, and every low tide reveals new shells and sharks' teeth.
We hope you'll come stay at Ocean Village Club D21 very soon. You're going to feel as though you've always known our place, and you'll find it so convenient for your longer trips to major attractions in the area. Warm, cozy, and inviting, it's a beach retreat right in the middle of the action.
Hi! My name is Steve Milo and I started Vacation Rental Pros in 2006. Our family stays in vacation rental homes whenever we travel, both domestically and abroad! I own several vacation homes and listen carefully to all our guests' feedback. Our greatest compliment is when folks refer Vacation Rental Pros to their friends and relatives. We now manage over 1,800 properties in Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina. We have homes in Ft. Myers Beach, Orlando, St. Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Ponte Vedra Beach, Hilton Head and Gatlinburg. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2016. Please call if you need help booking your dream vacation!
We stayed for a week in this condo. It met all our needs. Great location, clean, and the kitchen was well furnished. We brought pans and some other kitchen gear because usually the kitchen in rental properties is sparsely furnished, but this kitchen was well equipped. We loved the condo, the location, and would stay here again.
We had a very nice stay. We absolutely loved being so close to the pool and beach access. We have no complaints. I must say that it would have been nice to have had internet service. Now days it is really a must for work place communication. It is available<br/> in the club house but convenience in the condo would have been great. None the less, we had a great time with friends and family and the beach is absolutely perfect.
At the last minute a family member told us she was going to be in the Jacksonville area for the weekend. We immediately thought that a trip to St Augustine would be fun for everyone. I took to the internet in an effort to locate a place on the beach that would accomodate us and our two dogs. After some searching, I stumbled upon VRP and loved what I saw. The process was fairly quick and painless. Lee, the sales guy, answered all my questions and found us a great place on the beach at a price I was willing to pay. Thanks, Lee! We all had a great time and will definitely start with VRP in the future.
So disappointed! There is bearly beach view and it is advertised as beachfront! We had a two year old with us and it was a very long walk to the beach. Other residents at this property were very rude! First time in ten years of vacationing in Florida that I have not been completely happy or okay with the place we have rented. I enjoy the St. Augustine area but will never rent another unit in the Ocean Village Club complex. The unit was very small with no table to eat at. The sheets were worn and felt nasty. The bed was very uncromfrintable. The stackable washer and dryer was very small and could only hold a few towels at a time. The sink would not drain and backed up under the cabinet. Will defiantly be ready to go home on the 15th.
We enjoyed the decor and location of the the property. This property is one of the farthest from the beach access, but we didn't mind the walk. There are a couple things that need to be taken care of. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely uncomfortable and the drain in the tub needs to be fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
The condo was in a great location. VRP made it easy to check in and out! The condo was decorated nice, however, we were disappointed in the old worn out, stained and bleach spotted towels. Really didn't know if they were clean or dirty...kitchen as well. The mattress in the master bedroom was lumpy and slept terrible. Sheets were worn out . Cleaning service needs to pay closer attention to detail, ex. Under sofa was dirty and had not been swept, kitchen and bath rugs were very dirty.
