Boasting both sunrise and sunset views, this condo just steps from St. Augustine Beach is the perfect spot for your next vacation. WiFi, HDTV, luxe furnishings, and resort amenities galore await you!
When you stay at Hibiscus 301-H, you not only have a beautifully appointed condo with all the latest electronics and comfortable furniture, you also have access to all the features of this upscale complex on the shores of St. Augustine Beach: tennis courts, pools, spas,
and even gas grills for a cookout! This condo sits on the third floor right beside the main swimming pool and includes a private boardwalk over the lush Florida undergrowth to the beach. It's a complete vacation in itself simply to stay here!
Even before you enter the condo, you know you're in for a treat. A nice deck waits outside your front door, while a lovely balcony stretches the length of the living room, accessible by big sliding glass doors. So you have views in two directions, not to mention several places to sit outside in privacy and enjoy St. Augustine's balmy breezes and big, ever-changing sky!
Step inside Hibiscus 301-H and congratulate yourself on your choice! Beautifully furnished and quite roomy, this condo is contemporary, stylish, and immaculately maintained. The hardwood floor feels wonderful on hot "beach feet," and the sunshine can either flood the room or be excluded. You have arrived at a restful haven in the midst of all the fun of St. Augustine!
The living room encourages everyone to stay together and enjoy some family downtime in front of the big HDTV. Cool, comfortable leather sofas (one of which opens into a queen-sized bed for 2) invite you to sink right in and let the air conditioning work its magic, while a padded rocker is ideal for fidgety young ones. The balcony beyond the sliders has areas of both sun and shade, so at any time of day, you can be comfortable out there. And the view just won't quit!
Beyond the living room is the dining table, easily accommodating 6 and also useful as a laptop center and game table. After a long day at the Alligator Farm and the Fort, return to Hibiscus 301-H with take out, mix up a pitcher of something frothy to drink, and settle in for a night of Texas Hold 'em. Sometimes the best vacation moments come during downtime!
Of course, you may want to do a little home cooking during your stay, and if so, you will find the kitchen at Hibiscus 301-H thoroughly prepared. All you really need to bring is groceries; everything else, from knives to dishes to pots and pans, is waiting for you here! The chef in your group will enjoy trying out all those nifty gadgets and tools for cooking, while the reluctant cook will be thrilled at how easy it is to prepare and serve meals on the run in this kitchen. There's even a stacked washer and dryer tucked away in here, so you can pop clothes in and out while broiling the fresh-caught fish and chopping up the fine Florida produce you found at the market.
When everyone begins nodding off, it's time to call an end to another perfect St. Augustine day and retire to bedrooms. Luckily, this is a pure pleasure at Hibiscus 301-H, where both bedrooms have luxurious queen-sized beds -- ultra-comfortable! -- in quiet, restful rooms.
The master suite includes a small TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers plenty of dresser and storage space, plus a large window so you can wake up to the sunshine if you choose. The second bathroom in the condo is convenient to this room as well as the common areas and includes both a shower and tub option.
Hibiscus 301-H makes everything just a little easier for your vacation. Linens and towels are provided for every bed and bath, and free WiFi is always available. The complex includes off-street parking convenient to your condo, and the stairs are shaded so they never get too hot for bare feet! You will love strolling down the boardwalk to the beach. Be sure to pause at the gazebo and look out over the greenery to see if any wildlife is hiding among the leaves! Exotic sea and shore birds abound here, too, on the white-sand beach.
Come stay at Hibiscus 301-H next time you visit the St. Augustine area. You will love everything about this amenity-rich complex. Most of all, you will love returning to your own beautiful condo each evening! Book today.

Nice property... quiet... great access to pool and beach
Really enjoyed our stay. Good value. Property was clean. Convenient location.
Nice but had some issues
We were impressed with the size of the condo- was nicer than we expected and plenty of room. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group. Before we arrived, I received several different emails with varying/conflicting instructions on how to enter the property. Tried to call the company to clarify and it took 45 minutes to get an answer. The customer service number kept going to voicemail and I had to contact the accounting department to reach an actual person who had to seek out the correct info from somewhere else. When we initially reserved, we were told to contact the company the day of check in to find out about early check in. With 2 children on the road for several hours we wanted to get settled when we arrived around 1:30PM. After chasing down an answer (contacting accounting, who transferred me to housekeeping, who had to transfer me to the property I believe), we were told they would not let anyone in the condos before 4PM (at this point it was after 2PM after chasing down an answer). No reason/explanation why- they weren't cleaning it or anything as far as we could tell and considering the thermostat was set at 77, no one was likely in the condo for quite some time. Just felt it was a poor customer experience to not even have an option or explanation as to why we couldn't get into the unit less than 2 hours early. Also, the AC appeared to be broken. We woke up every night to see it was nearly 80 degrees despite it being set on 68-72 and running all day while we were out. Tried to contact customer service, but again was going to voicemail and I did not come out of town to sit on the phone chasing down maintenance. Not the most relaxing or comfortable vacation because of this (hard to sleep when you are sweating all night). The location was nice, though the beach was a good hike away when you have all your beach equipment (we luckily had a cart to tow it all), but the pool was literally in our back yard so I appreciated that. The property was decent, and we might stay in the area again, but would consider other units that are closer to the beach and the AC worked consistently. We made the best of it.
Unacceptable - Gave access code to 3rd party
We checked in on Tuesday and found that the oven didn’t work and neither did the internet. Several calls were made the first day to get resolution. I specified more than once that we were not spending our vacation waiting around to let a vendor/technician in and they agreed to send someone from the company to meet anyone there. They scheduled ATT to come out the following day but someone from the company didn’t show up to let them in. The next time ATT could return was Friday. They also didn’t send someone to replace the oven until Friday. A representative from the rental company didn’t show up to let the appliance company replace the oven and they didn’t show up again for the second time for ATT – INSTEAD THEY PROVIDED THE VENDOR THE CODE TO ACCESS THE UNIT – and without telling us when they were coming! Not just irresponsible but a huge safety concern for me and my friend who were staying there the rest of that night knowing that the two individuals from the appliance company could come in at any time! Not only did neither of these “inconveniences” get resolved until 4 days later, (the evening before we had to check out) the internet was NEVER fixed, but we spent the second half of our last day allowing vendors and technicians in and out of the unit for the rental company, and we wasted money on food we couldn’t cook and spent more on eating out. We were offered $50 refund for the inconvenience we experienced. Completely unacceptable.
Good location and
We stayed three nights in Hibiscus 301H. This is the top floor of a building nearer the road A1A. However when in the unit we heard no road noise at all. We only noticed it if we were on the balcony and something with sirens went by. We are a family of four with an 8 and 12 year old. We loved trhe pools and that the complex is right on the beach. The unit was fine. Plenty of towels and supplies. The downside for us is we flew and rented a car and the unit has no beach towels, beach chairs, or other things for the beach. So this unit is better suited for those who are driving from home. Unit was clean. Lighting in the bathrooms was dim.
Really nice and quiet apartment, only minutes to walk to the beautiful beach or seconds to the pool right beneath the unit. Plenty of choices between three pools or the ocean. Everything well maintained inside and out. The unit's kitchen is well stocked and the apartment offers sufficient space for four adults not considering the the pull-out sofa-beds in the living room.
Maybe the soft mattresses are not to everybody's likings. If I could express an upgrade then it would be new firmer mattresses. The lack of functioning internet although included in the rent is the reason I did not rate it a 5-star. I called several times the Vacation Management company and tried even AT&T direct without success.
Overall, I would recommend it to friends and family and would consider coming back.
We arrived to pick up our info at 4:30. There was not a key so the lady said they should have sent you a code. She gave us the code so we went on to the property. Well it was wrong so had to call and spend time trying to get a code to enter after driving over 8 hours. Walked in and were disappointed immediately. Very old and outdated , a porch that you share with a neighbor, towel rack falling off the wall, and poorly decorated. Then we took the very long walk to the beach and needed a code for the gate and that was not given either. We paid way too much for rental. We have rented many places before and this is the first time I have written a bad review. Sorry but would not recommend.
