We have two luxurious refreshing pools and a large hot tub just minutes from our condo. The condo has two covered private parking spaces next to a private elevator for easy access. When you rent our condo, you will have access to a private storage room located in the parking area for all your beach gear. We provide 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 6 beach towels for your convenience.
We are 100 yards from fun and sun on the beach and only a short walking distance to Tybee's Historic Pier, famous restaurants and signature shopping areas.
The plush, elegant master bedroom has a king size bed and a 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. We purchased this condo because we love the beach atmosphere on Tybee Island. We wanted a place that was not commercialized. Having a young family, we wanted a place to get away and enjoy some rest and relaxation without having to deal with the usual hustle and bustle of typical vacation areas.

This was our first trip to Georgia and the condo could not have been any better. It was much bigger than I expected, beautifully decorated, the kitchen appliances were updated, the bathrooms were very large and clean, and the accommodations were comfortable and quiet inside the room. It was a little loud outside, but people are on vacation and I expect that when traveling. The owners were very responsive and even mailed back my husband's suit that he had forgotten during our stay. There were also extra supplies in the unit, like sunscreen, beach chairs, pool floats, and extra beach towels, that were so great for forgetful people like us. The bed was so comfortable and the condo was incredibly affordable, considering the amenities, condition, cleanliness, and upgrades that the unit provided. It was very secure and I felt safe during my stay. There are two outdoor pool areas, which was really nice for us when one of the pools got crowded with other families during our stay. It was a short walk to the beach, too. It felt like we had our own vacation apartment to stay in for our trip. I can't say enough about the stellar service that we received before, during, and after our stay. The owner personally called me afterwards to remind me that we had forgotten my husband's suit, too. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach in Tybee Island.
We very much enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. But, most of all we really like the place where we stayed. This was our second time to stay in your condo. We love how spacious it is and also how clean it is kept. All the people there are so friendly. We will definitely return for another visit soon.
My brother, and my 93 year old mother and I have come to Tybee Island for the second time, staying at this condo.
We had a great time!!! The condo is beautiful and so tastefully decorated. It is so comfortable and Scott supplies everything you need. Love the fact that you don't have to bring any beach wear, it is all provided!!! It is also nice that is has a private elevator to get to the third floor. This condo is five minutes from the beach overlooking the pool. The outdoor patio is spacious and well furnished! This was our second time at this condo, but not our last!!!
Don't know what else to say that others reviewers haven't already said. This is the best condo in Tybee Island - spacious condo, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, responsive owners. Two unique things that set it apart form others: (1) it comes with just about all the beach gear you need: towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. (2) the advertised price is what you pay. The only extra is a very reasonable cleaning fee (there is little or no markup). Most of the properties on VRBO have multiple extra fees and taxes. When you add it up, the nightly rate can be 50% more than advertised - but not with this property. One last thing - in the interest of full disclosure, it takes a whopping 3 minutes to walk from the storage closet in the garage area to the beach.
This was a great place! Travelled cross country with 4 kids for July 4th weekend. We found the complex to be clean and neat. The condo was actually bigger than we expected and very nicely set up. Everything was there. Beach a very short walk. Pools nice. Scott was responsive for questions that came up. The complex is on the South end of Tybee which is the busier end, more shopping, bars, restaurants. The on-site manager was there all day every day and very helpful, too. Great place for families!
We had to plan a beach trip last minute. I spent two days calling and researching for places to stay on Tybee and couldn't find anything available that weekend. Thank goodness I ended up finding this rental. Scott, the owner, was extremely helpful. The rental was beautiful, spacious, and very close to the beach, pier, restaurants, and shopping. There's an IGA market 1/2 mile away. Everything was within walking distance. There were plenty of dishes, pots, silverware, coffee pot, grill, etc. So great not to have to bring all that with us. We had family come up on Sunday for the day and there were six adults and 4 kids in the rental and still plenty of room. Very large balcony that faces one of the pools. Washer and dryer in the rental. Gated community with two covered parking spots for the rental. Everything was convenient and Scott, the owner, was great. We even met a maintenance guy, Mike, who was extremely helpful and nice. I could go on and on, because it was so much more than we expected. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
