Enjoy it from this superb, large and very well maintained and equipped apt. There are flat TV screens and DVD players in the rooms, wifi and digital cableTV.

The unit's layout is highly functional and the decor is contemporary (see pics)

A king size bed in master suite and a queen size and two full size beds in contiguous bedrooms.

The apt. is only a 5 min. walk to private beach and is part of a complex with many and useful amenities. The property is guarded and patrolled 24/7

It's an ideal place to relax with friends and family.

Property is on an island, a small village sitting between two beautiful state parks. Property amenities include gym, swimming pool, olympic pool, ocean pool, 12 tennis courts, bike path, private beach w/chairs & umbrellas. 5 min. from public championship golf course, many shops, farmer's market and all kinds of restaurants from family to trendy. Bike rentals and much more. The unit is fully equipped with washer and dryer, whole line of kitchen small appliances, dishes, pots and pans, bed and bath linens. Two hair dryers. Unit will be cleaned prior to check-in and a starter supply of toilet tissue and bath soap are included. Additional maid service is available upon request for an added charge. There is plenty of space for your beach chairs and golf clubs, and enough room for each person in your group to be able to relax.

Clean and luxurious Key Biscayne condo - plenty of room for 5 adults

Our family of 5 adults completely enjoyed the condo, amenities and Key Biscayne overall. Thanks to Juan Carlos for his attentiveness. Modern kitchen made eating in fun. Bathrooms were large and spotless. All beds and bedrooms were comfy and beautifully decorated. We used the large living room and outdoor patio overlooking a beautiful courtyard to stretch out and relax. Easy beach access every day. We walked south to Bill Baggs Park, and north to Crandon Park, passing kite sailing, and shore birds everywhere. Miami Beach and John Pennekamp State Park were great day excursions. If you can find it, Atlantica is a modest and delicious seafood restaurant on Virginia Key. Groceries and restaurants are plentiful on Crandon, the main drag from the Causeway to the end of Bill Baggs Park.

The Golden Hog is a mini-deli located at the Center of Key Colony - so convenient. It's parent store is just across the street and had wonderful take out. If you plan to use the lap pool, check that repairs are done. Sounded like it would be out of order for quite a while.

We loved this winter getaway to the Miami area, and would definitely return to Key Biscayne and Key Colony.

As you rightly pointed in your kind review the number of activities, places to visit, where to eat or drink on Key Biscayne or nearby has increased several times in just few years. And while it is certainly worth to do the trip to the Wynwood Walls, or to do the upscale Design District walk and end in the bustle of the new Brickell City Centre, there's nothing like heading back, cross the tall Rickenbacker Bridge, through Crandon Park to our Island Paradise with its beautiful beaches and placid living. It was our pleasure to have you. Come back soon.

Magnificent !

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. We loved it from the moment we stepped inside. Everything was great , property super clean all are amenities available and location is great! We will come Back again to the same apartment for sure .

Modern, spotless, convient.

A splendid apartment! Very modern and up to date. Also extremely clean, like new! We were greeted by the owner who left a lovely bottle of wine for us and explained all of the amenities available. Juan Carlo is a wonderful host and I would not hesitate to stay at his property if I were in the area again.

Best short term rental in Key Biscayne!

We have lived in KB, and rented pretty well most of the short term properties. Let me tell you, this one tops the list for a few reasons. First, when you arrive it is clean and we really appreciated, given our late check in, that there was soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bottled water and a bottle of wine waiting for us! So many short term rental properties in Key Biscayne do not provide the very basics and require you to run over to CVS to stock up. The unit is well designed with 3 bedrooms - and a lovely main room that faces the courtyard - so it is QUIET! No traffic noises, barking dogs, tennis balls bouncing around - just silence and good night sleeps - that was very appreciated. All rooms have black out blinds which also help to get a wonderful nights rest after being active all day. This unit is in the rental section of Botanica - so if you are familiar with that you already know it is farther from the beach - but just a 5 min walk - we like it as it is close to Crandon Blvd - so Starbucks, the Boulangerie, the Big Park are all super close. For our family this was the perfect unit - washer and dryer makes life a lot easier. Also, we requested cleaning service and had a lovely cleaning lady for 2 hours everyday to help make beds, do laundry and it made us feel like we were in a hotel!!! Juan Carlos Barrionuevo is extremely responsive and one of the best rental agents we have ever dealt with. The only negative was that the air conditioning in the master bedroom was very strong compared to the rest of the unit so that could be improved but it just meant throwing on an extra blanket to stay warm. All in all - we loved this unit, would recommend it and look forward to spending another family vacation there. I only wish there were more units like this available in Key Biscayne!
