My wife and I purchased this Condo in 2002. We spent many wonderful weekends and holidays at this home with our children. Many a wonderful memory was created here and in the Mammoth Lakes area. Now we have the opportunity to share it with you.

We purchased this condo in this complex because it is so easy to manage a snow trip in Mammoth. Especially with children. Once you park your car there is never any reason to drive again until you are heading back home. The lifts are 100 yards away. Canyon lodge is 200 yards away. Walk to the lifts. No driving, trying to catch shuttles, or renting lockers. No more carrying lots of gear.
Also because we have covered parking no digging your car out of ice and snow....all made easy because of location.
So you spend your days on the mountain enjoying the majestic days instead of doing other things. Our unit is steps to the recreational room, spa, and Sauna. Also the community laundry room. If you are into easy... This is as good as it gets.

“Mammoth” almost says it all about this amazing location. If you’re here for the skiing, you’ve certainly come to the right place. Mammoth Mountain has 3,500 acres of space, 28 lifts, 150 trails, and an average snowfall of 400 inches. It’s enough to keep you on the slopes through the early spring. Whether you’re a beginning skier or you’re looking for something a little more advanced, this is the place for you. In fact, 25% of all of our trails are beginner slopes. Nearly 40% are in the intermediate range, and the remainder of the slopes hit the advanced and expert range. Come visit us today for the experience of a lifetime.
If summer is your season, there are all kinds of things to do, and close to Yosemite too.
Although the condos are older, it was very well maintained and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. And, best of all, we were able to walk to the chair lifts. We also took the gondola down to the village for happy hour. The condo was well stocked with anything you need. We were also thankful for the underground parking. We will definitely stay again if it is available!
Tony has an amazing condo that is steps away from Canyon Lodge and has a view of the Austria Hof.... which happens to have an amazing Happy Hour. I was blown away at how clean the condo was when we entered; it seemed as if it was cleaned only a few minutes before we walked in. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you need, which was specifically important for me since I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. Tony was incredibly attentive, responded immediately to my inquiries, gave me all the information I needed, and when we got snowed in (AWESOME) he was understanding and accommodating with our check out time.
A few specific notes: I would bring Tupperware if you plan on cooking and keeping left overs; definitely use a humidifier (provided) in the bedroom because it can get really dry; free and reliable wi-fi; heaters work great but they are a little loud; the shower is a little finicky with the temp (either hot or cold hard to hit the sweet spot) but never ran out of hot water; didn't have to use the pull out couch but can probably sleep 4 comfortably; walking distance to Canyon and also to the bus stop for easy travel around town; lots of storage space and hanging space for all of our layers; definitely use the hot tub and it was empty when we stayed; overall our stay was EXCELLENT and I would recommend staying in Tony's condo if you're looking for a home away from home.

This unit by far is our favorite because of its layout and location of the condo. Easy access to parking lot and easy access to the Lodge. It supplied us with all of the essential needs for our stay. The front desk people were so nice (as they were the last two years).
Tony was very responsive with the reservation.
He was flexible with our early arrival.
I would absolutely recommend to others!
The only three items that were noted (and why we didn't give it a 5 Star).
The bedroom door and closet doors were either stuck or off the tracks.
The pull out hide-a-bed could use a pad for sleeping (like the excellent one on the bedroom mattress) or improved replacement mattress.
The carpet is in need of replacement or a thorough cleaning.
All of the rest of the amenities, in the condo were great. We will go back for sure,

Unit had great corner location in the complex and have no complaints about the unit. Only negative is the guy who watches or guards the pool area had a confrontation with one of my friends who was over with his kids joining us in the hot tub after dinner. I wasn't present but my son was and this guy got very rude and threw my friends out of the pool area because they didn't know which unit I was staying in. I later talked to the complex manager and things were fine but this guy was very unprofessional about the situation and should have come to me to verify them before being rude and making them leave. Otherwise great condo and complex!
This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom is the perfect spot for 2-4 people (max). It's got all the basic necessities and the only thing standing between you and Canyon Lodge are a couple yards at most. The only thing I could critique about this condo was the cleanliness prior to arriving. The bathroom had hair (long and short) both all over the ground and stuck to the walls and door. Hair could be found in every corner and along the side of the floor, showing that they just did a quick sweep without actually picking up the hair and didn't care about thoroughness. Besides that, we were satisfied with our stay.
St Anton Condos is located right next to Canyon Country Lodge. It is 200 yards away from the lodge and lifts 16, 17, and 8. We are also only 100 yards from lift 7. Also 200 yards from Gondola which takes you to the village and back.

Very easy and convenient especially if you are traveling with children. A short walk and you are on the lifts with the ability to access the entire mountain.
Across the street is the Austria Hof...a local restaurant with a full bar... Great place to relax after a day on the slopes.
Sierra Star Golf Course is 2 miles away.
Our local airport is only 6 miles away.
