This property is absolutely on the beach with a beautiful view. Owner is a pleasure to deal with and helpful. Will stay again.

Beautiful ocean and beach views from every level w/ 3 full balconies. Clean and well equipted. Great place to relax. Enjoyed our stay.
Great location on Cape San Blas
We enjoyed our stay at Amelia By the Sea. The kitchen was well furnished and the living areas comfortable. The view from each deck is beautiful. We would definitely stay at this location again.
I have vacationed at many Sea Cliffs properties and found Amelia By the Swa to be the best equipped. The location right on the beach was wonderful. We watched sunrises front the front and sunsets on the the beach side. Star grazing from the 3rd floor balcony was amazing!.

About David Harrell
We love the Cape and bought this Seacliffs townhome in 1997. We were soon packing up and driving down from Atlanta as often as possible. In 1999, we had the opportunity to rent our Atlanta home and moved to the Cape as full-time residents till 2002 for 5 years, now it is a full time rental, so we can share this wonderful and amazingly special piece of paradise.

Why David Harrell chose Port St. Joe
As we lived in the unit, we dreamed of improvements we could make it more like a house than a town-home. We soon gutted it and one thing led to another. I remember when David drove up with a trailer of 150-year reclaimed heart pine from that became our first floor. He laid every piece with great care. We have a photo album of some of the renovation project in the TV cabinet.. It was truly the proverbial labor of love. It continues to this day as we are always updating and trying to make it even more user-friendly and accomodating.

This end unit has 25 windows with expansive views from every single room. Because of the privacy and stunning views, it feels more like a house than part of a development.. It's fun to cook and hang out and you have the feeling that the outside is inside.
