This 4 bedroom, family friendly home comfortably sleeps 8 and is located in the neighborhood of 'Kukea Circle' in Waialua.
Waialua is located on the North Shore of Oahu, an area known as “The Country”. This is a neighborhood where you can experience life as a local... the sounds of children playing and Hawaiian songbirds in the morning. A bike path will lead you to our wonderful and remote beaches, ones that are not overcrowded like those in Waikiki, (hint... look for this local hideaway, Aweoweo Beach Park).
The Komo Hale: Experience True Plantation Living! Waialua is a former sugar mill town and residential area, quite different in its quiet ambiance from nearby Haleiwa, which is more commercial and tourist oriented.
Amenities: Here in the shadow of Mt. Ka'ala you will find the fragrant smell of plumeria trees, and a short walk to beaches during your stay. This property is private and all yours during your stay. You will not have landlords, or property managers on site and it will not be shared with other vacationers!

About Waialua: The Waialua Sugar Mill closed in 1996 but is now home to many successful businesses producing Waialua Coffee, Waialua Chocolate, Natural Soap and Skin Care products, Tee Shirts, Surfboards, Salad Dressing, Cookies, and Organic Snacks. It is also home to the Saturday Morning Farmers Market offering fresh local fruits, vegetables and food vendors!
Less than a mile away you will find Haleiwa. Haleiwa is filled with local style and country ambiance as well as cool surf shops and boutiques, understated restaurants and charming art galleries. Rich with island history, Haleiwa is now the social and artistic hub of the North Shore. Here you will find surfers fueling up at the restaurants in its plantation era buildings before hitting the famous beaches of Waimea Bay, Pipeline, and Sunset Beach.
Nice house with everything you need for your stay. Perfect if your not to so interested in the city life. Had some minor faults with things not working properly or had some defects. Bob answered quickly, but since it didn't bother us nothing was done while we were there.
A small village with everything you need is only 10 minutes away. Close to a nice beach.
Not easy to get a cab up north, but a uber was possible at some times.
Thank you for the stay! Will consider it again if im ever going back.
Home was clean overall. Bedrooms have fans to keep us cool at night. When we first turned on the AC in the living room, it smelled damp but give it a few minutes and it goes away. Lovely neighborhood in the North Shore. Close by the cute Haleiwa town. Free wifi and there are paddleboards and snorkel gear in the shed. Would recommend and would stay again! So many beaches and food trucks close by!
Wonderful location on the North Shore, with more than enough room for my family. Wonderful stay that I will consider if I'm in the market again!!
We had a great time staying here. Totally different experience than staying in the busy crowded Honolulu. Owners were great to work with.
Large living room area with kitchen for guests. Plenty of space for each person. Great neighborhood and short drive to north shore shops/restaurant in Haleiwa.
We had a perfect time in this house. Great location. Close to the beaches and downtown Haleiwa. Spacious. Well kept. My kids had a blast playing outside in the backyard. Nice neighborhood. We will certainly come back!! Wish we could stay longer...
This home is located on the North Shore of Oahu, a mile away from Historic Haleiwa Town - full of shopping and restaurants and ocean activities.
