The Columbine Condominiums combine value, convenience and comfort for the perfect close-in ski getaway! Located in Breckenridge’s Four Seasons neighborhood, these wonderful condominiums are just a two-block stroll to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond area. Downtown is an easy walk or ride on the Breckenridge free shuttle. Plus, you’ll enjoy seasonal access to the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse which features indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool.

Please note: The Columbine Pool and hot tubs will close for construction/renovation March 31, 2018. They are slated to reopen sometime during the 2018/19 winter season, but no opening date can be guaranteed. Construction noise can be expected during daylight hours until work is completed.

The charming, newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo has been and is the perfect choice for a family or group of up to six people. The large, comfortable living room features a gas fireplace and an LCD TV for a relaxing movie or catching the early morning powder report. Right off of the living room is a fantastic deck for enjoying that morning coffee or an après-ski glass of wine. The completely remodeled and fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and there’s seating for six at the dining table. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central coin laundry, parking for two vehicles, and a ski locker.

Great condo close to lifts Josef B. from United States, (Reviewed on 14 Mar 2012) Condo was very nice, with newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps four adults, but plenty of room for six guests if you`re flexible. We had two in master bedroom (king bed), two in second bedroom (two double beds), and then two in the living room (couch + roll-away bed). The Quicksilver lift is only a few minutes walk away, as well as access to rental shops and bars/restaurants in the base village there. Hot tub was close, and appreciated after a long day of skiing. Management company was also easy to work with, and particularly helpful on the phone as we checked-in late at night. Had a great time, definitely recommended!

The place was a short 5 min walk to the lifts and town. The room is very functional but a little dated and the low ceilings make it feel a little tight. The 3rd floor location is great for views but the stairs are a small workout in the altitude. If your looking for a brand new 5 star condo this is not it but if your looking for a very functional close to everything condo for a reasonable price this is a good one. The under ground parking is a really great thing as well. I don't like having to go to a separate location to pick up and drop off keys.

We love this condo and always try to stay here when in Breck - which is sometimes twice a year. We love the lay out and all the space/built-ins in the bedrooms. I would love if they put black-out curtains in the bedroom!

we really liked the condo. although it is older construction, the condo is nice! It has been updated and has all the amenities you need for a nice vaca. Location is AWESOME! walk to Main Street, slopes, stores... all is accessible! Lots of room to spread out and relax! Would definitely rent again
