Our vacation home was built in 2012 with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an outside terrace, living room, stainless steel throughout the kitchen, laundry room, and covered carport. Our home is located in a private, gated community. It affords you an abundance of privacy while taking in its lush natural surroundings.
In addition to being by the beach, it is also centrally located near Esterillos Oeste’s restaurants, shopping, and more. Our home’s furnishings were all purchased for extreme comfort. The bedrooms are all outfitted with the most comfortable mattresses, 1500 thread count linens, as well as blackout blinds on the windows.
Our home has three full bedrooms plus two sofas, as well as an air mattress. Our outdoor veranda is also equipped with a hammock and two person chaise.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, as the bedroom downstairs has a set of bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and twin sized bed on top. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.
It is perfect for the large family or groups of friends wanting to enjoy all that Costa Rica has to offer.
Our newly built vacation home is located in a quiet and secluded fishing village 15 miles south of Jaco, in beautifully tranquil Esterillos Oeste.
Esterillos Oeste is located on Playa de Esterillos, a long, beautiful surfing beach that rarely has more than a few surfers and vacationers. Enjoy a short walk to the beach where you can put your feet in the sand, play in tide pools, snorkel, swim, and surf. Looking to fish? Esterillos Oeste is a small Costa Rica fishing village where fishermen still roll their boats over the sand into the surf and the local fishermen will take you out or you can chose to charter a world-class fishing tour in nearby Quepos or Jacó.
A short scenic drive will lead you to Jacó. Jaco has casinos, fine dining, sushi restaurants and jazz bars. If you're interested in seeing the most beautiful sunset over the Pacific, Villa Caletas is the perfect spot, about 10 minutes past Jaco. Other sights in Costa Rica are not far from Esterillos Oeste: Arenal Volcano and Hot Springs and Monteverde Cloud Forest, go white water rafting, ride the 'zip' lines over the rain forest, or take a monkey tour in a mangrove swamp.
A 40-minute drive in the opposite direction will take you to Manuel Antonio, the most popular national park in Costa Rica, where you can enjoy hiking and swimming and experience a diversity of wildlife.
