Not worth the "ski in, ski out" label.

Dishwasher did not run (dishes had been put away with food still on them).

Vent fan in kitchen did not turn on. (knob had exposed wires, just free turning in it's socket)

Hot tub water was green. Hot tub water was cold one of the evenings that we were there.

Closets filled with so much crap (broken blinds, broken chairs, old skis, a newel post) that we had to clean a closet in order to hang coats, helmets, etc.

Only one ladder for two bunk beds.

Cooking pan lids did not have handles and there were no hot pads to be found.

A diaper (clean) found under one of the beds as we were leaving (no babies in our crew).

Old paint cans in entrance way.

Toilet on first floor off of kitchen not working -- needed close attention in order to flush completely.

Towel rack in same bathroom broken, hanging off of the wall.

We had to guess what the wifi password was after not receiving it in our welcome packet.

The outlets in the condo were hit or miss -- most of them worked, but if you don't pay attention to whether your phone is ACTUALLY charging, you're out of luck.

3/3 hair dryers did not work.

The light switches were in odd places -- the upstairs "kids room" has a light to the bathroom where the light to the bedroom should be.

Pros: Copper Mtn got a fresh coating of powder the night that we arrived. The heating in the condo worked. We had a roof over our heads, and there were plenty of blankets, and the large windows were very nice for curling up in a sunny spot for a nap. The heated garage was nice.

TLDR: Would not stay here again. Currently awaiting response from management team regarding a refund -- have heard nothing in 3 business days. Overpriced. This condo is where ski equipment and furniture goes to die.

Needs to be Cleaned/Updated

  • 2 of 5

This condo is in a great location and has an amazing layout great for families! But it has it down sides.. Every blind in the condo is either completely broken, missing, and dusty. The towel bar in the downstairs bathroom you barley touch and it falls off the wall. The missing blinds were thrown into the entry area where you could keep your snowboard/skies if there was not cleaning supplies and junk in the way. All the closets are full of random things lamps, basket ball, and paint. Dishes in the dishwasher had just been ran and they were still covered in food. It is very important to have clean humidifiers they all have mold and dirty filters. This condo needs some TLC and to be cleaned very well.

Needs improvement

  • 1 of 5

Great location and access to Copper Mountain! However, the condo itself was in need of some significant repair and updating. Everything was outdated and things like dressers had every drawer off of the track, and lights did not have functional light bulbs. One toilet didn't work. One shower didn't drain. Heating was a constant battle between too little and too much. The kitchen would benefit from someone going through and just removing all of the broken appliances (crockpot, pots, pans). The blinds would sometimes just spontaneously fall down. Also, the management team was not helpful in terms of providing information or codes to make us feel welcome and provided for. We comfortably could have had 8 people (4 of them kids in the bunk room), but we had another couple in addition, and it was just too crowded with not enough "good rooms/beds" to go around. Overall, we were there to ski, and so we had a great vacation due to the location, but the residence itself was not up to par at all, and was definitely not worth the amount of money they were charging. I would recommend Copper Mountain, but not this condo.
