We loved the apartment. It was comfortable and well decorated.
We liked the location. We liked Belfast. It was everything the description said. I would recommend it to a friend.
We enjoyed the charming space and proximity to downtown Belfast.
Great spot for a cozy apartment. just a half mile to downton. The owner really was a concierge!
The house is quintessentially old New Ennland. We did not stay in Art Filled Retreat. Instead, we stayed in the property's other apartment. I can not address Art Filled Retreat #1. But #2 was comfy and had all the amenities we needed. We loved walking everywhere from our apt.
Our hostess was always available to fetch, fix or make magic. Elissa, indeed, is a fine hostess. Thumbs up!
clean, efficient space
I appreciate the owner's willingness to allow us to stay last weekend at short notice and was very accommodating to our needs. Great space and fun decor made it enjoyable.
Another Delightful Stay
After two stays at this apartment, this has become our "home" away from home. The owner has been very respectful of our privacy, yet checks in with us to be sure we have everything we need. An art-filled apartment with a lovely location.
We spent a very pleasant week in this second floor apartment that felt like an art museum. The art, by Harold Garde, on display in the entryway and throughout the apartment made this a unique experience. The apartment overall had everything we needed - we even cooked all of our meals there. The house has original woodwork and other original details. It is in a lovely part of the town of Belfast, and within walking distance of downtown.
The owner could not have been more respectful of our privacy.
The stairs to the apartment do require that you are able to go up and down them with ease - we are retirees, but we had no problem navigating them. They would only be a problem if you have mobility issues that make stairs difficult, especially as it is an impressive, curving staircase.
We very much enjoyed our week in the apartment and would definitely stay there again!
