Unit 144 provides a lovely outlook to the manicured grounds and a partial ocean view. Located in sought after Hale Kamaole's upper section, away from the street noise of South Kihei Road, the unit is just steps away from one of two pools in the complex, the tennis court, and a traditional charcoal BBQ area.
Featuring an extra window to bring in plenty of Maui sunshine, the living room is furnished in a tropical style, with a brand new Regal Queen 6” sleeper sofa, easy chair with ottoman, and large flat screen TV. Beautiful new tile flooring runs throughout the main living area.
The kitchen has been completely renovated with shaker style cabinets and solid granite counter tops. The large peninsula is perfect for preparing food or serving guests. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all new dishes, glassware, pots and pans.
The bathroom features a new vanity with granite counter top and luxurious towels. In the bedroom is a very comfortable queen bed, dresser with ample storage, and a second TV.
If its beach fun you crave, the lanai closet is stocked with a selection of boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkel gear for you to enjoy. Kamaole III beach is located directly across the street, with golden sand, great snorkeling, and a turtle or two!

We love Hale Kamaole and always stay here when in Maui. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
We go to Hale Kamaole every other year with a large group of friends. We have stayed in a couple of different condos but this one has definitely been our favourite. It was very clean, beautiful, private, it had everything we needed and it was so nice to have A/C in the unit and not just in the bedroom. Good for the kiddos at naptime! We loved it and would definitely be back.
My family and I have stayed at many units within this complex and this is by far the nicest! The lenai is fully stocked with anything you would possibly need to make a great beach day. The unit is immaculate and very well maintained. As the chef of the house, I was grateful that the kitchen was so well stocked with any utensil or pan that I needed. Joanne and Rod are great to deal with and have certainly created a home away from home. I would certainly recommend this unit for your next stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Rod and Joane's condo at the Hale Kamaole. The condo was very clean and we loved sitting on the lanai enjoying our morning coffee. The lanai closet was well equipped with lots of beach toys and accessories. There was even some basic spices and condiments in the unit. The location was perfect and we enjoyed nightly sunsets at Kam III - right across the street. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends. It was a pleasure dealing with Rod and Joane and they responded quickly to our inquiries.

Beautiful, well kept property
We love Hale Kamaole and this condo was beautifully outfitted and well maintained.
This was our 4th trip to Maui (3rd at Hale Kamaole). We whole heartedly agree with earlier reviews. The unit is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with more than you will need. Our grown daughter used the fold out bed and was very comfortable. If you are looking for a 1 bedroom, a ground floor unit is the way to go. It is so convenient for access to the BBQ, pool and parking. This one is an end unit so has additional windows for light and ventilation.
We found the owners a pleasure to work with and everything went so smoothly. We will definitely be reaching out to them for our next Maui visit - hopefully next year!
Hale Kamaole Conch Band. Every night at sunset, the band congregates behind the lower pool to say goodnight to the setting sun. Bring a conch shell and join the fun.

Available Year Round. It is always nice in Maui!! High Season (Dec 16 - Apr 30) // Low Season (May 01 - Dec 15) PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION: Deposit payment required to confirm booking. Booking is not considered firm until deposit has been received. Full and final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATIONS: Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, and a full refund of any deposit monies will be issued. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Rates include a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children 16 or under, or three (3) adults 17 or over. Additional adults will be charged $10 per night (children 17 years and older are considered adults). MINIMUM STAY: Seven (7) night minimum stay unless filling smaller gap between existing reservations, or less than two (2) months to arrival. Fourteen (14) night minimum stay during Christmas and New Year’s holiday. INCLUSIVE FEES: Rates include a one-time cleaning, linen & towel setup for stays greater than the required minimum seven (7) nights. For stays of six (6) nights or less, a cleaning fee of $140 will apply. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: While linens, bath and beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate upon request.
