Walking into this apartment after a harrowing train experience was like a dream! It was very nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. We opened a bottle of wine and were able to relax and feel at home very quickly. The owner was very helpful and was available at all times. Very good location for all amenities. Would highly recommend and definitely would return again someday! Loved it!

Very well maintained apartment with excellent views! Owner was always available when needed and very helpful. Great location on the French Riviera - easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monte Carlo. Provence is not far away, either. Very good restaurants at the marina and a great supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Magnificent - Expectations Exceeded!

This modern apartment was fantastic! All the pictures,descriptions and amenities were exactly as described. After exploring several properties on VRBO we quite easily decided that this was the place for us to stay. We were very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the unit! There are 2 balconies; the larger sun-filled deck was a great place to relax and enjoy the view with a glass of wine and a fresh baguette.There are numerous amenities right below the apartment in the marina area (grocery store, wine store, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants to choose from). We did daily trips to beautiful towns by way of the train (nearest stop is a 10 minute walk and is called Villeneuve-Loubet). The nearest main train stations are Antibes in one direction and Nice in the other - both short trips from the Villeneuve Loubet station.

The owner was excellent when it came to communications and answered all of our questions promptly prior to and during our stay. He made himself available at all times which was reassuring.

Our days were filled with sightseeing and walking on the beach which was right outside our door. There is a very nice pool area (a small user fee applies) but we preferred relaxing by the sea.

Overall we highly recommend this apartment and we are looking forward to staying here again!

You can book this great unit, with confidence.

Very central, located close to all highways and destinations on la cote-d'Azur.

It is clean, modern, very spacious, the balcony is a gem. The view fantastic.

We were a family of six, were very comfortable. Felt like home coming back every evening. Close to food markets.

Malcom, is a great owner and was extremely amiable and helpful.

We recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Wonderful in every way!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in France. Very comfortable, roomy and had all the comforts of home. The location was great for visiting several cities as well as enjoying the ocean and restaurants right there on the property. We had three couples and each felt very private in their own rooms.

Owner was very helpful and congenial as well. Loved it!

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben im September bereits zum dritten Mal eine herrliche Woche in diesem wunderschönen Appartement verbracht, diesmal mit Freunden, 2012 und 2013 mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern.

Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und tip top gepflegt. Das Hightlight in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche ist der große Kühl-/Gefrierschrank mit Eismaschine. Der Ausblick von den beiden Balkonen ist gigantisch, der größere, vom Wohnraum zugängliche, bestens ausgestattet, ideal um ausgedehntes Frühstück und Wärme Abende bei Kerzenschein zu genießen. Der kleinere, von zwei Schlafräumen zugängliche Balkon ist mit Sonnenliegen perfekt für ungestörtes Sonnenbaden. Markisen bieten aber auch einen guten Sonnenschutz.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, verschiedene gute Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt unmittelbar in der Anlage, ein größerer Supermarkt sowie die Bahnstation Villeneuve Loubet in 10 Min. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt gute Bahnverbindung in Richtung Antibes, Cannes sowie nach Nizza und Monte Carlo. Besonderen Spaß hatten wir auf unseren mitgebrachten Inlinern direkt vom Appartement aus auf der Promenade in Richtung Nizza mit herrlichen Ausblicken und vielen Strandbars und Restaurants. Zum Baden im Meer und in einer Poolanlage bieten sich ebenfalls beste Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Besonders angenehm war auch, dass uns der Besitzer für Fragen und Hilfestellung stets zur Verfügung stand und immer gute Tipps für Unternehmungen bereit hatte.

Rundum empfehlenswert! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
