Comfy and Welcoming!

  • 5 of 5

We always enjoy our stays at the hacienda! The guest house is spacious and beautifully decorated, always neat and clean. The kitchen is simple and functional, with a Keurig coffeemaker and pods, toaster oven, and two burner hotplate. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. For those who choose to have dinner in, there's also a large grill by the pool.

Our three dogs also love it here! They race around the pool for hours, and love running through the hills. They're also fascinated by the horses, goats, llama, and sheep!

Finally, Che and Margaret, our hosts are always warm and welcoming!

A picturesque, welcome respite from LA life.

  • 5 of 5

My husband, Jamie and I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days after getting married the day before. Che was a courteous, kind, and welcoming host who went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. If you are an animal lover, stay here! Che took the time to introduce us to his menagerie of amazing critters, from a tiny Chihuahua named Khaleesi, to a friendly, inquisitive llama called Mocha. We cannot recommend this property enough!

This was our 4th time staying at this property. It was great this past time as always! This is really the best location you could ask for if you are looking to be wine tasting. Trust me,if you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely Hideaway

  • 4 of 5

The pool house is quite comfortable and nicely appointed. The location is wonderful. Close to many wineries and easy access to downtown. The pool was refreshing. However, there were "bird droppings" on a number of the statues. We had planned to use the barbecue and were disappointed that it had not been cleaned and was not working properly. The "kitchenette" was more like a galley. However, it was workable. We managed to prepare breakfasts, pizza, salad and even used the portable burner to make sausage, tomatoes and peppers one night. All in all a pleasant stay. Che is a good host. And, we enjoyed his "furry friends".

Relaxing getaway

  • 5 of 5

Just finished a wonderful 5 night stay at the property. Che was a wonderful host, and my wife and dogs loved roaming around the property with the rest of the ranch pack. Secluded and private, and very relaxing by the pool.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Convenient

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here over the weekend as we were going to the Cal Poly graduation. Because of traffic, we were going to arrive late on Friday night. Che gave us detailed instructions and we had no problem finding the place. It was exceptionally hot and he had the a/c in the guest house turned on for us - thanks so much!!! The pool was such a wonderful part of our stay as well since it was over 100 degrees each day.

The guest house is clean, and is surrounded by a lovely Spanish adobe main house, several animals, and rolling hills. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need in it. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is wonderful! The bedroom is also spacious. The bed is a bit soft, but that is always a personal preference. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.
