Why Edward Kapelinski chose West Naples

My wife and I decided to purchase this unit immediately upon visitng a friend because of the perfect location. Nowhere else in Naples are you able to enjoy convenient, direct access to the beach and have a boat dock/harbor, all on the same property. The location is perfect to share with our friends and rent as we await the day when we can retire in 15 years.

What makes this condo unique

The real draw to the property is the immediate access to the beach so that we can decide on a whim to go to the beach/park with the kids to play/read. While Naples is a busy area, shopping, dining, gas ect are all within a half mile without having to venture in to traffic.

Since 2005, I have had the great pleasure to call Ocean Terrace my winter home. The location is perfect, directly across from the Gulf and Lowdermilk Park, the condo is comfortable, tastefully and totally furnished, and as an added bonus, within easy walking distance of Fifth Avenue, the premier shopping and dining experience of Olde Naples. Ocean Terrace is a warm, welcoming complex, where everyone is your friend, ready to party , and raise a glass of wine with great companions.

Stayed there for three seasons. Because of family issues can't return this year. Very disappointed, because

the weather and the people there are the best. Clean and well laid out unit close to beach and shopping.

Short drive to everything else. The unit owner bent over backwards for us and the cost was reasonable.

We'll definitely look into staying there again if its available.

Coquina sands

We spent 3 months last winter in this unit. It is directly across from Lowdermilk Park. We enjoyed walking across to the beach. There a lot of restaurants and things to do in this area. We are returning again this winter.
