Loved the property
My whole family loved your home. It was spectacular! Their isn't enough words to describe how much we loved it
The only problem we incurred was the stove. Which seems to need a lot of maintenance with both the burners and the oven. Also the wine cooler does not work. Being it was cold out we put our wine on the back patio so it didn't present a big problem. Thank you so much! Carolyn Mingioni
The house far exceeded mine and my families expectations. The first couple of days of our trip were rainy and we all were so happy that we spent a bit more money on this house. We all fit comfortably in the sitting areas and could converse between the rooms. The kitchen has a nice open feel. All of the bedrooms are gorgeous, so no one feels as of they are getting cheated.
Loved this house & Rehoboth Beach!
The twelve of us were so comfortable in this house. It rained the first 2 days of our 7 day stay and we didn't mind at all. We stayed in to enjoy each other's company and enjoy "our" beautiful home. The finishes in the house are incredible; gorgeous bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, interesting art, beautiful well-stocked kitchen and lovely furnishings. All of the bedrooms are very nice sized rooms and the master is HUGE!! The location was ideal; just a few blocks from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a "Happy Hour" or two on the patio. The kids loved having the playground right in the back of the house and feeding the turtles off the bridge over Silver Lake. David, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive and helped us out of a jam or two (Thanks David). I've been home for only 4 days & I already received my security deposit back in the mail. (Thanks again David). I highly recommend this very special house; it was worth every penny! We definitely will rent here again!
All the guests loved the house
We all (10 guests) loved the rooms, had more than enough room to spread out when needed. The location was great to walk to the beach, boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth.
My partner and I had a small wedding ceremony on the back porch and photos around house and Silver Lake.
This past week was hectic and the house helped us to relax.
NICE LOCATION OF THIS HOUSE
The location of this house was great but there were a few minor things wrong with the house that need to be addressed before the next guests arrive. All in all the weekend retreat was wonderful even thought the weather was not the best.
Worth it! :)
Stayed here for a week encompassing Memorial Day 2013 - everything was absolutely perfect, up to date, modernized and just plain amazing. When the weather for the first few days proved to be a bit too chilly for the beach, most of the guests were totally content to just sit in and enjoy the house and each other's company. Any of those who stopped by to say hello were instantly wowed and impressed. We made good use of the provided outdoor grill and the balcony off the upstairs master suite was perfect for relaxing. Definitely recommend!
