Welcome to Clayton, NY. We offer a beautiful, fully restored waterfront home on the St Lawrence Seaway, gateway to the 1000 Islands. The Great lakes freighters pass in front of the property which also looks across French Creek Bay and downtown Clayton.

This two story home was totally renovated in 2009 and has all the amenities of a new home with the charm and craftsmanship of early 20th century architecture. It has central air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout. It's full of wonderful craftsman detailing, wood beams and mantles, crown moldings, French doors, 3 Massive granite gas burning fireplaces, carrara marble tiling in all 3 baths, large wraparound fully screened porch equipped with multiple ceiling fans, fully equipped and completely remodeled kitchen with large gas range, granite & marble throughout. Huge master king suite with jacuzzi tub, separate shower and lots of closet space.

This is a wonderful place to unwind with family and friends in a truly beautiful setting. This home is situated on a large lot on quiet Bartlett Point with mature trees and plenty of space for the kids to play outside. it's a five minute drive into town for restaurants, shopping and for all activities at the boat museum and Clayton Opera House. Alexandria Bay is just 20 minutes north.

Completely renovated and upgraded in 2009, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 additional private sleeping rooms with comfortable queen sofabeds. Large waterfront wraparound porch, fully screened with fireplace and multiple ceiling fans. Private dock for small watercraft and swimming. Detached 2 car garage, with ample off street parking for guests. Gas fireplace in King master suite with queen sofabed. Lovely large granite Gas burning fireplace in living room, separate dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen. This is a beautifully restored waterfront home, respectful of the era when it was built but with all the modern amenities you would expect in a new home. There is no smoking in the house, at your discretion on the screened porch.

Excellent property in a great location

Property has been recently remodeled and is in excellent shape. Wonderful dock out front and a great location on both the water and a short drive to Clayton. We have have vacationed in the area on numerous occasions and this house is our favorite.

Great home, great view, great location, and we had a great time! The property is just perfect and we recommend it to anyone that might be interested. Our rental minimum is 1 week, Checking in Saturday Afternoons at 4 pm and checking out Saturday mornings at 10 am. We can sometimes accommodate guests unable to stay for 7 days by making additional dates available to our other guests with reservations surrounding your dates. If we can sell your unwanted days, we will gladly refund them to you.
