Our family really enjoyed our stay at Aina Nalu property. Great access to downtown, airport and hwy

We found the place very clean and things that we need were available. The facilities are great even though we did not have much time to use them because we wanted to visit other places and walk around downtown area. We find the location easy to access the highway to take us to different beaches, museums, restaurants and airport.

You talked about the proximity of our unit to the main highway that will take you all around the island. It is true. Our unit is just five minutes drive to the main road so it is convenient to find other places around the island and also to find Aina Nalu when you first arrive on Maui. Thanks for mentioning that. We certainly hope to see you on our reservation list again in the very near future.

Loved the condo and the location was great. Very close to Front Street shopping, restaurants etc. I will look to stay here next time I come to Maui.

Comfortable, great location, nice owners!

I've been staying on Maui for over 15 years, and this is the first time I have rented a condo (other than my own time share).

I didn't even know these great condos existed until I searched them out on VRBO -

The condo was well furnished, internet worked great, and we especially loved the comfortable beach chairs, cooler, and snorkel gear that were in the closet!

Dealing with the owner was easy, and he was great!

I would stay here again and again!

Yes, I always tell people this is the most comfortable and most economical way to stay on Maui. As you know, there are many luxury resorts up the road, but our units provide a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms for small groups to stay. You really cannot beat the price. And that is not to mention the beautiful grounds with the two pools and lush vegetation. It really is a great deal for a much cheaper price than most hotels on the island.

Yes, the unit is surely well located as it is convenient to Front Street with all the bars, restaurants, convenience stores, art galleries, etc. and the supermarket is within a quick walk. It is so convenient that renting a car is really not that necessary. You have everything you want/need right there or within walking distance. We hope you will come and stay with us again very soon.

absolutely amazing

Fantastic location, walking distance to Front Street where shopping, food and shaved ice is plentiful. The condo hot tub was sometimes difficult to get into in the evening because it filled up rather quickly. Having the luxury of having a washer and dryer in condos was a huge help to wash beach towels. I definitely would use this condo again.

It means you dont have to lug towels and lots of clothes. You can keep the suitcase kind of empty so you can buy lots of souvenirs for the trip home. Perfect condo for location, clean, well-equipped stay

The condo was a perfect fit for us. We were a family of two retirees, our 23 year old daughter and her friend. The location was perfect - easy access to walk down to Front Street and easy to access highway for outings by car. The condo was extremely well-equipped in the kitchen, bathroom and in terms of beach items (umbrella ,chairs, cooler, etc.). We opted to pay for the parking at the complex for peace of mind. Both pools were wonderful to swim and relax in. We never had a problem getting a lounge chair by either pool. We only used the BBQ once, but others seemed to make good use of them (several locations). My husband made good friends with two of the complex workers - at the smoking location. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The whole condo is well-appointed. To be perfectly honest, I had a twinge of concern because all the reviews that I read for this condo were so very positive, I wondered if they were fake. There has been some concern raised In the media about fake reviews and chances you take with VRBO. No worries here. This is definitely and truly a 5 star condo. If we win the lottery, we will have another trip of a lifetime here! We took advantage of whale watching, snorkeling, luau, Burning Love (highly recommend), helicopter and trips by car. What a fantastic holiday we had - perfect way to celebrate turning 65! The owner (I only communicated with Rick Russo) was so helpful and patient with my one million questions. He responds to your emails very quickly. Don't hesitate, don't worry about this condo. It's a wonderful 5 star accommodation. And a good mix of people by the pool - young and older.

You really made the most of your holiday on Maui and we were glad that the unit could be a nice place for you to return to every evening. I agree with you. I think it is so well-appointed. It is right near the front of the complex and really one of the closest corners to Front Street and the nearby supermarket. Glad you made use of the grills too. When I m there, we save a lot of money by using the barbecue sets and not having to go out to restaurants every night, and sometimes it even tastes better than food in a restaurant. We re so pleased you had a great time and hope you will come back again very soon.

This is an apartment rental, not a hotel. There is no daily cleaning service, front desk, room service, etc. All linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. For stays of 14 days or longer a linen change service is required at $99. Stays over 30 days a mid-clean and linen change is required at $235. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for free. Beach towels rentals are provided by housekeeping for $4.50 per towel per stay. On-site property parking is $20 per night. Private parking lot near the property is available for a fee and on-street parking is free. Parking and any fees incurred with it are the responsibility of the tenant and not part of the unit rental fee.
