This lovely 2 bed garden suite is in a high end residential district, walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants and minutes to the heart of the city and ski hills. This suite is ground level in a heritage style home, newly renovated with wood floors, gas fireplace, stainless steel kitchen appliances, in suite laundry, shower and whirlpool tub.
The suite has 2 bedrooms, great room with fully equipped kitchen, dining bar, leather couch, 47 inch TV and gas fireplace. One full bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower Wireless internet for your computer.
The large bedroom has a king size bed, a TV and a desk for working or just updating facebook on your computer. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed or two European size twin beds (30 inches wide) and a wall mounted TV.
Parking is in front of the suite in a covered carport. Beside that is the guest patio with a table, chairs, electric barbeque and patio umbrella. Relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine or start the day with coffee on the patio.
There is a stacking washer and dryer in the suite.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, rental deposit is refunded minus a $150 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, rental deposit is forfeited unless the suite is filled. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
One half the rent is due at booking, the remainder at arrival.

About the owner: We grew up on the west coast and raised our family here. West Vancouver has been our home for the last few decades! A few years ago we did a major remodel of our home and put in a high end suite. We enjoy travlelling and finding a 'home base' from which to explore new sites but have a place to settle in at the end of a busy day - so this what we created for our guests.
