Beautiful two bedroom ocean front condo in Sea Winds 702. Built in 1986, this unit has a great view (see picture) down the beach from both the master bedroom and the living room. Unit has a washer, dryer indoor pool and hut tub!

Condo just received a renovation with granite countertops, resurfaced cabinets, complete new paint and more! Both baths renovated in Winter 2016!

Owner is local so we keep the unit very clean!

We just arrived back from our great vacation at the Sea Winds condo. We found this place on a last minute search and could not have been more delighted. Not only was the condo great but the location was perfect! Right on the beach, beautiful view and constant sounds of the ocean. This was a well appointed place to stay. The condo was roomy, comfortable and having two bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen had a washer/dryer and dishwasher. We opened the front hall closet to happily find beach chairs, an umbrella for the beach, beach toys and toys for the indoor pool. So convenient to have such luxuries while away from home. The location was right near Barefoot Landing, golf and many good dining places. Grocery store down the street made shopping for the week easy!



Scott was so wonderful to work with. He was always available for all my questions via email or phone. He gave us many choices of his properties and helped us figure out the best place for us. We can not wait to return next year!!



We really enjoyed staying there and enjoyed working with him!

No landline phone service available. Linens including sheets and towels, can be brought by the guest or leased from a third party company. Its $25 per bed to lease them for the week. These are commercial grade linens. They will be nice and clean but they are not like your linens at home. If you require a high quality linen, we recommend you bring them with you.

Wonderful stay at Sea Winds

This is our second year renting from Scott Bittner, and it has been a very pleasant experience both years. Since the unit we had stayed in last year was booked, we switched to the Sea Winds. We were very happy during our stay; the views of the beach alone are worth staying at this unit. The unit was clean with nice updates and fit our needs perfectly. Scott was responsive to any questions I had previous to the trip and dealt promptly with the one question I had during our stay there. The unit is within walking distance of Barefoot Landing and numerous restaurants. I go for long walks for exercise and always felt completely safe; and, in fact greatly enjoyed the views in the surrounding area. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit and definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Great condo...great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 702 SEAWINDS! The location was wonderful and there were several great eating places VERY close by! This was a well-maintained condo. Weloved sitting on the huge balcony, taking in the breath-taking sunrises! The washer and dryer in the condo was a plus! Scott was great to work with....he responded immediately to our call for HELP in connecting our IPAD to the condo WiFi!! A GREAT place to stay!!

The condo was clean and in order. Closest walk we have ever had to the beach. Your right in the middle of everything. The owner Scott we can't say enough on how great he helped the experience. With Hurricane Irma looming even before we left we received at least 1 email a day concerning speculation on how the storm was tracking. Conditions in Myrtle as status on fuel and food. Just over and above care given to his customers. I would suggest this owner and his properties. Great relaxing week and even better place to go

Look no further, this place is PERFECT!

Over the past 10 years, I have attended a medical conference in this area and I have always stayed at the same location. This year I decided to "step out of the box" and it TOTALLY paid off. I was immediately contacted by the owner after sending an inquiry about this property. The owners of this property are local which is a HUGE bonus! Easy to contact with immediate (and I do mean immediate) response. Not only is this property ocean front, it's located just around the corner from Barefoot Landing, very easy access. Everything was super clean with all the conveniences of home. Loved the "beachy" theme and design throughout the condo. But the greatest thing is the very large balcony which also happened to have brand new patio furniture! I have seriously told everyone about this place since returning home and I definitely plan to book again for next year. Look no further, this is where you want to be and definitely the people you want to deal with.

The condo was beautiful. The view was amazing.

We had rented this condo last year and were delighted that it was available in our time frame again this year. It is conveniently located to various activities. The response time for booking, question and needs was very fast. We will book this condo again!

Excellent Unit with great views and location

We rented the unit at Seawinds #702 for two weeks from April 1 through April 15. The unit was perfect with stunning views from the large deck. Our landlord, Scott Bittner, was incredibly accommodating especially when we were forced to cut our stay short because of a death in our family. Scott went out of his way to re-book the unit for the second week and hence we were refunded most of our rent for that week. Dealing with Scott was so easy and pleasant that we already reserved a unit for the entire month of March 2018.

Linens are not included in the rental price. They can be leased directly from our cleaners for $20 per bed per week. This would include sheets and bath towels.

Winter Monthly Rates - we do not rent March by itself, as a monthly winter rate, unless it is part of a multi-month rentals.

Renter must be at least 25 years of age and on site during rental period. NO exceptions!

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
