The Royalinn Jerusalem apartment is divided in to two beautifully designed units.

1. The Solomon's suit (sleeps max 2 adults & 2 kids) – a one bedroom in modern & clean design. Includes: full kitchen (strictly kosher), Eating area, Living room with sofa that opens up to a bed, Bedroom (one king size or 2 single beds) , Wash room with bathtub. Washing machine & Dryer.

2. The Suliman's court (sleeps max 2)– a studio designed in charming traditional Moroccan ambience. Includes: kitchenette (strictly kosher), Eating area, bedroom (one king size or 2 single beds) , Wash room with bathtub. & A Washing machine. This unit can be connected to Solomon's suit as an extra bedroom. At the moment can not be rented out separately.

When The two units connect they can sleep all together 4 adults & 2 kids, Or 2 adults & 4 kids.

I am an interior designer and that's why I own two of the most unique designed units in Jerusalem. Great Jerusalem Apartment - German Colony / Katamon

My family, my wife, 17 yr old son and myself stayed in the Royalinn & Suliman's court apartments this past Pessach. The apartments were exactly as advertised. They were clean and very comfortable. I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. It is also a nice size as we did not feel cramped even with a few extras folk who slept over during the Chag. Well located being 3 blocks from Emek Refaim, with all its restaurants and supermarket etc. Not a bad walk to the city center and Kottel perhaps 25 – 30 min. Aviva and her entire family were an absolute pleasure. Nothing ever too much even getting a few extra pieces of Shmurah matzah when we ran short. We would definitely come back.

Warm, Welcoming, Clean: This apartment was exactly as advertised

We arrived later in the cool evening and the apartment was heated for us. It was clean, spacious, and had all we were looking for including a washer a dryer. The location was centrally located and it was a short easy walk to restaurants and grocery store. Landlord was easy to work with and made us feel welcome immediately. We would highly recommend and would stay here again next time in Jerusalem.

My family (husband and 2 yr old son) myself and my father stayed in the royalinn apartments This November 2013. The apartments were exactly as advertised. They were clean and comfortable. The pictures were exactly what the apartment looks like. I am an OCD person who brings her own bedding to even 5 star hotels, and I was completely comfortable sleeping on the apartment bedding. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. It is also a nice size as we did not feel cramped. The location is amazing. It is three blocks from emek refaim, a street lined with restaurants and stores. And if you like to walk it is a nice 25 min brisk walk from the city center. Aviva was helpful and strait forward. We would definetly come back.

A good stay in royall inn

My family and I have been staying in the royallinn (2 bedrooms+ 1 studio) from August 17th to 23rd 2016. We were delighted as it is very closed from Emek Refaim and its restaurants and shops.

The appartment was clean but the air condtionner in the studio was noisy. The street is quite calm but unfortunately every early morning (except for shabbat) we were awakened by an alarm from a vehicle outside.

On the other side, the appartment is closed from a supermarket and restaurants (2 min walking distance) but quite far from the old city and the Kotel (roughly 1 hour walk if you are with kids), there is also a free parking outside but it is often full at night.

Aviva was a great host, trying to satisfy all our request with a great sense of service and good humor.

I recommend the stay, especially if you are less than 5 people.
