The combined tub/shower has a curved curtain rod for extra elbow room, and both bath towels and pool towels are provided. There is a large, 60-inch television downstairs equipped with a WiFi-capable blu-ray/DVD player through which you can watch cable TV, your favorite RedBox movie rental, and stream your favorite shows. A wireless ePrinter is also provided so you can print your boarding passes and ball game tickets from your smart phone in the comfort of your vacation home. The kitchen comes fully stocked with microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, pots and pans, flatware and cooking utensils, and place settings and glassware for 4-8 people. Acrylic beverage ware is also included for enjoying drinks at the nearby community pool. About Carolyn or Sandy
This condo is owned by two couples who each live in California. Carolyn and John live in North San Diego County, and Sandy and Tony live in the central region of Visalia. The couples became friends when Sandy and Carolyn met in college and have been sharing leisure activities ever since. When Carolyn and John began making regular trips to the Scottsdale area for equestrian activities and to visit family, and when Sandy and Tony began making regular trips to enjoy spring training and all things baseball around the Phoenix area, the four decided to go in on a condo together which they could enjoy year-round. Local friends took Carolyn to lunch one day in Fountain Hills and she was immediately drawn to the community, the laid-back lifestyle, its beauty and serenity, and the FOUNTAIN! It wasn’t long after that the four became owners and part-time residents of Fountain Hills. Carolyn is a researcher, data analyst, and avid equestrienne, John is in new-home sales, Sandy counsels students at a university, and Tony is retired from a career in computer technology and enjoying taking classes in horticulture.

The Northern exposure of this property provides plenty of sunlight on the patio and in all rooms, without baking you in direct sunlight. It has a large, fenced patio so you have plenty of outdoor space to relax and entertain, while keeping any little ones safe from roaming. There is an expansive community open space in front of the unit so the setting is like being in a park with lawn and trees, not sandwiched between buildings and concrete. You also have views of McDowell Mountain in the distance. There is plenty of parking adjacent to the unit and direct access to laundry. The complex is quiet, well maintained, and well manicured. The pool area is a short walk and has lots of space.

This property was remodeled this year, so although it's in a more established complex, it feels very current and is well appointed with modern appliances and contemporary furnishings.

Fountain Hills is a really nice community outside of Phoenix that allows you to get away from it all in the Arizona dessert. The location is great, easy access to grocery store and other stores. Easy access to Phoenix via Shea Blvd. through Scottsdale. The furnishings were nice and the kitchen was set up with everything you need to make meals, just buy the groceries. The condo complex was quiet and parking was convenient to the door. Neighbors were friendly too! Carolyn was very responsive to any questions and the local management company was helpful as well. Seriously consider this place without any concerns, you will be well taken care of for you stay in the area.
We called this home a townhouse, because the bedrooms were upstairs and gave me a quiet place to go and read, away from TV. The owners provided EVERYTHING we needed in a home away from home. Extra blankets, quality towels and linens, cleaning supplies, good kitchen utensils, etc. We were greeted with a bag of coffee and a bottle of wine..Nice! The comfortable king sized beds were a welcome treat after a day of hiking in the mountains. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The owners were extremely cooperative and professional, and addressed questions immediately. We liked the Euro restaurant, but would not recommend Monroe's. If we needed a 2 bedroom, we would be returning without any hesitation in 2017. We loved our month in this home.
