About Stephanie Greiner
My husband, Calvin, and I both grew up in Lancaster County and we have a deep love for the land. My husband was a farmer until his late 20's at which time he went into the ministry and we pursued missionary work in Nigeria. We have raised 5 children and have 8 grandchildren. My husband owns a hard wood flooring business and I am a licensed massage therapist, health coach and author. Our home is built on one of the family farms and we love to share our beautiful gardens with friends and visitors. The flower gardens and turtle resort are my husband's passion and it shows!
Stephanie Greiner purchased this Apartment in 2003
Why Stephanie Greiner chose
Our beautiful home is hidden away in the midst of the fertile Lancaster County farmland. We are only 5 minutes from the nearest town, but we live in a secluded, quiet neighborhood with only one other house nearby. Since we are now "Empty Nesters" we wanted to share our homey space with others who can appreciate being surrounded by nature and beauty
What makes this Apartment unique
Whether we're sitting on the back deck watching the turtles bathing in the sun, listening to the gently waterfall, relaxing in the rejuvenating hot tub or gazing out over the fertile fields, our property is truly a haven of beauty and peace. Many people have commented on how peaceful they feel in our home and while wandering the grounds which are peppered with busy bird houses, flowers and bushes.

Very cozy, clean and spacious apartment
Stephanie and Calvin were very nice and made you feel very welcome. The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. It had everything you would need or want. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. There was a grocery store nearby. This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone that wanted to visit Hershey and Lancaster.
It's a quiet area back in farm country. Scenic. There isn't much that is "walkable." which was fine with me. The place was well supplied and well furnished. Great condition. It is a basement apartment below the owners home so there was slight noise from upstairs but it was minor. There is a nice diner just down the road, maybe a mile. Great food and service. I stayed for the Celtic Fling at the renaissance festival. Uber was always available though there was often a slight wait due to lack of drivers.
Stephanie and Calvin’s place was great and they were extremely accommodating hosts. Very specious place with tons of room. The countryside was very peaceful and our children enjoyed seeing the fish, frogs and turtles outside. Would definitely recommend.
We loved our stay!
Stephanie and Calvin were great hosts. Stephanie greeted us right away and showed us around. The pictures do not do it justice because the apartment is beautifully decorated throughout. We felt like we were at home. Our toddler loved seeing the fish and turtles in the pond. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay there. Thank you so much for everything!
Super, clean, private and beautiful!
If you are looking for a great place off the beaten track yet central enough to use a great home base for Lancaster and Hershey, look no further.
I stayed here with another couple while visiting the Renaissance Faire grounds. Prefect location for the event and more than enough room for all of us. All of our needs were meet and beyond. The host was delightful and the grounds were breathtaking. I think every plant in his yard was in bloom. The fish pond with a waterfall was a highlight. Great local restaurants, very quiet.
I will visit again
PA Renaissance Faire is 5 minutes north. We are 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Lancaster, Amish Country, and Rockvale Outlets. We are 30 minutes from Sight and Sound Theater, Hershey Park, The Giant Center, Hershey Zoo and Harrisburg.
