Owner did not honour the agreement. I ended up stranded without any accommodations. Unprofessionable
Owner did not respond to any of my calls, emails, whatsapp. I did not stay at the residence I paid for at all. Honour is what is lacking here. I took a chance at this and I got burnt. I emailed homeaway on the night where I was stranded and there was no one that responded. This trust that you have that the owner and renter will communicate to ensure that the process happens is full of flaws. There is no helpline. What if the renter can't even get into the property? Then what?
We don't understand what happened we usually have a self checking and left the key as usual . We checked and realise the key was not there and assume the client took it . The client probably got the wrong address according to her .on our own end we thought the client was in the premises . We really do not understand what happened, as far as you messages I only saw it when the duration of your stay was over. We don't understand what really happened once more
