What an apartment this is! The main bedroom over looks the ocean, just relax in bed and watch the day begin. It could not get any better than this. Situated in the Seafront Estate complex with pool & BBQ facilities or enjoy a family picnic directly across the road at Dobbyn Park where you can enjoy thewhite sandy beaches of Jurien Bay (BBQ facilities also available at Dobbyn Park).

The common property area (ie pool, BBQ grassed areas) are for use of tenants staying at the complex. Please note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats. NO PETS ALLOWED

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

* Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
