We stayed at this apartment last year and it was great. One year on and it seems tired and unloved, even shabby; it's as if there has been a change of ownership. The tableware looked like a collection of oddments which someone had dumped there, even the only two wine glasses didn't match. The décor looked as though it needed a good overhaul and there were a couple of things which needed maintenance. One of these was a poorly fitted door on a bathroom cabinet. The hinges were classic flatpack style with adjustment capability; the maintenance guy replaced them with standard door hinges which made things worse. I didn't complain at the time because I didn't want him to come back. To be honest, the apartment is in a great position and we would consider going back there if the owner was to suddenly take and interest and smarten things up a bit.
The condo was very spacious with everything that we needed. We had a wonderful week!!
It was a great place to stay and relax for a week. We sat on the balcony and watched the boats come and go on the intercoastal waterway, saw dolphins swim by it was absolutely spectacular! We got to hear live music from the bars across the waterway it was the best time. The beach was eat and clean. We spent hours in the water we would definitely come back next year.
Beautiful condo and the location was the best. Enjoyed the location to the beach and the roominess of the condo.
Very nice, clean, and well appointed condo.
Would definitely stay here again. Only real issue is the bar across the inlet is loud at night, but otherwise we loved our stay there. We were far enough off the busy strip of St Pete that we did not hear all that noise and were not bothered by traffic. Yet we walked up to the strip almost everyday for activities. The beach was very clean and beautiful. We recommend this condo for older couples for relaxation, comfort, and without children, who would be bored there.
My family and I enjoyed the stay over Christmas week. Close location to beach. Grandkids loved swimming in the large pool. They need to invest in new washer and dryer. I called maintenance because dryer was not drying clothes, they sent someone out to look at it but it still did not dry clothes very well. Beds a little uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed stay
