Solitude Cabin is a small log cabin nestled into a quiet wooded area. The area around the cabin provides a great place for your furry friends to explore while you enjoy the refreshing mountain air. The front covered porch has both a gas & a propane BBQ grill for evenings of grilling juicy steaks, burgers or the fish you caught today. Nearby the cabin is the town of Bryson City with quaint shops, restaurants, and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. There are so many things to see and do in the area. Don't miss Deep Creek featuring three different waterfalls which can be easily hiked to by everyone. The Smoky Mountain Country Club provides a beautiful place to play a round of golf. You can rent a pontoon, spend the day fishing, tubing, zip-line through the Nantahala Gorge, or just take a scenic drive through the park

All real nice expect for dogs .Barking half the night. Below cabin an above cabin.
Nice but a little cheap
The house was small but nice. Good view. The house was a little on the cheap side with small plastic deck chairs, a 24 inch tv, one little couch, small refrigerator, old stove. The floor was really squeaky, no blinds or dead bolts on the main doors. Would be really nice with a little upgrade to the above issues.
My husband and I spent our sixteenth anniversary in this cabin. It was perfect for the two of us. My only recommendation would be to rearrange living room space to provide a regular size sofa. We could sit in the double chair, but there are times we wanted to stretch out and watch TV. It didn't deter us from having a wonderful experience, and we would definitely return. Next time, we will stay longer!
Beautiful Property enjoyable for all ages.
Beautiful Property Cozy Cabin, road up to the Cabin could be a little testy if there is alot of rain.
Quaint cabin in the mountains
The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed. Our teenagers enjoyed sleeping in the loft. The view of the mountains from the porch was beautiful, especially at sunset one evening after it had rained. The directions up to the cabin were very detailed, except we were looking for a road sign marked Wilson Road and it was not marked. However the direction about a paved private driveway was helpful and we got there just fine. The cabin is close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with great trails for hiking and water for tubing.
Very nice vacation awful weather
Very nice drive up challenging but once there view was amazing. Stove needs updating.
