Upon entering the house the entry reveals an entry foyer and opens out to the formal lounge and dining room with recently installed timber shutters and easy care plank timber look floors. Off the kitchen is an informal eating area with a family room off that. Outdoor entertaining is at the rear of the property where there is a weather proof pergola with a gas BBQ. The main bedroom and ensuite is also on the ground floor, whilst all the upstairs of the home where the3 other guest rooms and family room are situated has been carpeted for your comfort.

Garage accommodation is for 2 vehicles accessed from the rear laneway.
