About the property

Townhome, #59. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Tahoe Taverns is a lakefront townhouse development nestled in an old-growth park-like setting on Lake Tahoe's North Shore. The expansive grounds are beautifully maintained and include many amenities that make for an active, fun-filled vacation. Six professionally maintained tennis courts, a basketball court, a large heated swimming pool- dramatically perched above the shoreline, and a nine-hundred foot long pier (Tahoe's longest), complete with boat moorings and swimming area, are just some of the highlights.

Once there, you can put the car keys away. Tahoe City, where you will find wonderful shopping and restaurants, is a five minute walk down a woodsy path. In winter, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood Ski Resort are just a few miles away.

This three bedroom, 2.5 bath, end unit sits at the top of a grassy, horseshoe shaped meadow, and enjoys a sunny location and striking mountain and lake views. Walk out the living room doors, off the patio, across the meadow, down the old stone stairway, and out to the end of the pier, and you have just found yourself in one of the most amazing spots on earth. Who needs a boat when you already feel like you're in the middle of Lake Tahoe.

One of the best located townhouses in the Taverns, this home was recently remodeled and features high end finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. This property is comfortable for families with children, but intimate and relaxing for couples as well.

Keywords: Lakeview, meadow, forest all-inclusive resort setting.

Nice place to stay

  • 4 of 5

We spent a week in this unit at the Tahoe Tavern in July 2017. Nice view of the Lake across the large lawn and direct access to one of the longest piers on Tahoe. It actually reflects the footprint of the original Tahoe Tavern Pier. Great access to Tahoe City. An easy walk to town and to the Tahoe House Bakery just to the SW of the property. Tahoe Tavern Properties is very family friendly.

This unit is very well maintained and updated, and as an end unit is light and bright. With a 'full' Lake Tahoe once again it's a great place to stay.

Wonderful Stay

  • 5 of 5

We had a fabulous time at the lovely Tahoe Tavern Condo. The location and setting were perfect and the condo has everything you might need. Our family enjoyed the pool, large grass area and the pier. We would recommend the condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay right outside of Tahoe city.
