Welcome to your renovated one bedroom beautifully furnished 4th floor OCEAN FRONT home away from home. Centrally located and just a stones throw away from the blue waters at Maalaea Bay that offers a central island location with easy access to all of Maui's famous attractions.

Floor to ceiling glass that has beautiful views of Maalaea Bay and Molokini Crater allows easy access to your lanai where you can relax in comfort while you dine at the bistro, lounge on the outdoor loveseat and watch excursion boats leaving the harbor, bound for famous Molokini while taking in views of humpback whales in the winter months. Climbing stairs is unnessary as the unit is in a quiet corner location on the 4th floor that is served by an access code elevator that is very close to the unit which provides both added security and privacy. The consistent trade breeze makes for a very comfortable unit without air conditioning.

Located on a quiet, dead end street that features a newly renovated HEATED saltwater pool and a small beach in front of the complex that is a 10 minute walk to Haycraft Park and Maui's famous 5-mile undeveloped Sugar Beach. Next door is Maalaea Harbor where you can take numerous tours without driving or parking hassles. Another block down the street is the Maalaea Aquarium Mall with beach Bums restaurant (islands best BBQ) and Maui Dive Shop for renting snokel and dive equipment.

The paradise outside is matched by the comfort inside as every piece of funiture was recently purchased with 'comfort' in mind from the queen size sleeper sofa with 6' memory foam mattress to the king size bed. The kitchen features custom tile contertops and all new appliances and the bathroom has been completely renovated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need plus beach towels, mats, boogie boards, umbrella and ice chests for your adventures.

Why Larry & Mary Leith chose Central Maui

We have been going to Maui for several years and once we found Maalaea Bay we kept coming back. Maalaea is very centerally located making exploring the rest of the island easy. Maalaea has only condos and is a much more laid back experience that the crowded large resort areas.

What makes this condo unique

Central location, nice trade winds, 10 min walk to 5 mile undeveloped Sugar Beach, 5 min walk to shops, resturants, local craft market.

Quiet, well equipped condo, centrally located with very nice accommodating owners

This was our first time in Maui and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The unit comes with a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and lots of beach stuff (coolers, chairs, fishing rods, snorkelling equipment). Being an end unit on the fourth floor, it is both very private and quiet. The lanai provided a nice view of the water and the boats coming and going from the harbor. A short walk will get you to a beach, Maalaea Marina and Boat Harbor, Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, fine restaurants and casual dining. The condo is centrally located, you are a 30 min drive or less to most major places. Mary and Larry are very responsive and accommodating owners who try to help wherever they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our vacation was awesome and we definitely will return to Maui and stay here again. Thank you Mary and Larry.

This unit has it all- location, amenities, clean!!

Our stay in Larry & Mary's condo was absolutely wonderful. The unit itself is clean, tastefully decorated, quiet, and very well appointed with everything one could need for the stay. The location is perfect for exploring. Unless you're going off to the Hana or Haleakala area, everything is 10-25 minutes, yet you have the benefit of a quiet "home" to come back to.

Keep your eyes to the water when you can- whales we're very busy during our stay and we had sea turtles visit the small harbor several times.

When you get the recommendation for Beach Bums BBQ- GO!!!

Wonderful home away from home.

Great condo! Beautiful view ,nicely decorated quiet, well equipped for all your beach needs including cooler bags.

Very close to the harbor, & highway to get you anywhere on the island. Even the bus is handy if needed.

Larry & Mary are very good to get along with, absolutely no problem at all.

We enjoyed our stay, cannot wait to get back, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to getaway and get to anywhere on the island.

This is a great place to stay!! Close to any highway to get you anywhere on the island. Great view and equipted with all your cooking needs. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!!

Feels like home!

My husband, two boys age 9 and 11 and I came to Maui for the first time. We chose to stay in Maalea for its central location and easy access to the rest of the island. We also wanted to stay in a condo instead of a hotel and we were glad we chose this place. We were 'wowed' the moment we stepped into the condo by the beautiful sea view. The condo itself was nicely decorated, clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We spent alot of time at the small private beach which is just a few minutes walk, and were able to use the beach chairs, towels, cooler bag and boogie boards provided.

Larry and Mary were also very quick to respond with questions and also suggested a few places to check out while we were there. We are already looking forward to stay here again the next time we come back to Maui. Thank you Larry and Mary!

This property is private. Your own piece of heaven.

This condo is private, with a nice view little view. It is stocked with everything you need for having fun at the beach, even sunscreen!!

The owner's have thought of everything. Just bring you swim suit.

It's on the beach, cozy, sweet, and comfortable, but most of all it's not hard on the wallett
