Just a short 150m stroll across the forshore to the beach, shops and harbour, park the car and relax. Ideal for both couples or up to 2 families with 3 large bedrooms and 2 freshly renovated bathrooms. The large backyard is the perfect place to enjoy the outside furnishings and gas BBQ on those summer days. It is large enough that it will appeal toboating enthusiastsasthere isplenty of room for parking with access to a tap and hoseand a great space for the family pet, with plenty of shelter.

Great Location. One of best views in Apollo Bay.

Lovely home immaculately presented.Enjoyed every minute of the week we were here. Close to town and just off main road so traffic noise was minimal. Lovely kitchen that opened out to verandah so could enjoy meals, coffees, wines , snacks etc while making the most of the best view in town. Beds,showers, lounge rooms all very comfortable and well set out. Parking off road and out the back also good idea. Were lucky enough to enjoy the company of the property,s owners. They are a delightfull couple and you can tell they take much pride in this property. Would and do recomend this as an ideal place for any one or family or group of friends to stay and enjoy what this beatifull part of the world has to offer. Enjoy Jill & Trev CHEERS

    A fee of $50 is charged and payable when booking your accommodation.

    The owner of the dog is liable for any damage caused to the premises or resulting loss suffered by the property owner.

    It is the occupiers’ responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the rear yard of the premises.

    A barking or aggressive dog will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in the termination of your booking.

    If there is found to be any infringement relating to any of the above, Great Ocean Road Real Estate has the right to request immediate vacation of the premises without refund.
