The flats are located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property.
All two bedroom flats have two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 person, the first floor flat has sofa bed for a child/teenager and can therefore accommodate 5. All flats have fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryers - some have dishwashers. TV and wi-fi broadband access is available in all flats free of charge.
Other 2 beds/2 bath flats available in the building other then advertised. Pictures of actual flat will be provided on enquiry.
One bedroom is available with double and can accommodate 2 persons.
The flats are within easy access of transport and local amenities as well as shops and restaurants.

Location: excellent, zone 2, within 0.6mi to Shepards Bush tube station & the overground, the high-end Westfields Mall (which will expand by another 150 stores in 1 yr) and where the Waitrose supermarket is located. There is a "dollar" store just in front of the crosswalk to the tube station -on Shepards Bush green (good place to buy water and razors or anything else you might have forgotten but not food). We felt safe walking to/from the apt to the tube and throughout London.
As described, the 1 bdrm apt is located on the top floor (3 flights of stairs) it accomodates 2 people comfortably. The LR has a good size TV which works very well and offers some American programs, as does the WIFI. It also has a secure lock box. On the bookshelves you will find several travel books/maps about London/England (including Rick Steve's) so you may not need to bring with you.
The kitchen is small but functional with the implements you need to make bkfast, heat-up left-overs or cook. The appliances are all clean and in good working order. The stovetop works well though you do need a sparker to light the range (it is in the drawer). My favorite appliance was the washer/dryer as we travel light. Tip- we have learned from prior trips to Europe not to use the dryer as it will wrinkle the clothes too much, better use the clothes rack which is in the bdrm closet (pleasant surprise), there is also an iron/ironing board. The bathroom has a shower/tub set-up with good water pressure and an on-demand water heater. There is an extractor fan with a pull-cord, if you are shorter than 5' 4" you may need to your partner to reach it. The hairblower is in the cupboard in the LR. The bed in the bdrm is comfortable, more on the firm side. There are 2 closets with ample storage and drawers. A small fan was provided but we had no need for it as there is the most wonderful cross breeze if you leave the bdrm and kitchen window open at night (and do not close the bdrm door of course). The bdrm faces the street but we had no trouble falling asleep as it is quiet at night. There is good natural light throughout the entire apt.
Restaurants: around the corner from the apt bldg (behind - on the S of Richmond Way) there is a cafe where we had a good bkfast for a reasonable $, at the Westfield mall there are several eateries such as Leon, Wagamama, and other more expensive options. On Uxbridge Rd there is a good turkish place called Harana, very reasonable $.
Perfect location to explore London without the crush. Georgia and George think of everything.
Shepherds Bush is a great community to come home to after a day in the big city. Our flat was so comfortable, light filled and pleasant. This was our 4th time in Georgia's apartment, and it has been perfect every time!
Very suitable flat
My wife and I enjoyed staying at the top floor flat for a week. It is well located. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances, wifi connection worked well, the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, good hot shower, sitting room with nice view and lots of light. In summary, would defiantly stay again.
Great Home Base for Our Trip To London
We have just left six days in the top floor, one bedroom flat.
Everything was perfect and just as described.
We took the tube from Heathrow to Hammersmith station and a cab from the station, as suggested by Georgia. It was simple and easy to navigate. We received the keys and a tour of the flat from George as soon as we arrived. The flat was clean and bright and although there was a "heat wave" the two fans and open windows made the flat very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. The location was very quiet while we we were there and we never were disturbed by noise inside or outside of the flat. There are stores nearby as well as restaurants of every kind. The location is perfect for touring around London and for getting back and forth from the airport. George was very helpful in getting us a ride to the airport and assisting us with our boarding passes.

A great home base for our trip to London.
My sister and I stayed in the top floor flat (1 bedroom) at the end of May. The flat is easy to find from the Shepherd's Bush station and everything you need (groceries, etc) are within a short walking distance. The property was exactly as described, with a nicely updated kitchen/bathroom. The furnishings are basic but clean and neat - the bed is very comfortable, the internet is reliable, and the shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water.
The one thing to note is that the neighbors on either side (not in the same building but in the adjacent flats on the top floor) could be noisy late at night/early in the morning. It wasn't a huge problem for us but something to take into consideration if you're searching for absolute peace and quiet (which you probably won't find in London!). We definitely recommend this flat!
Top Floor Flat is great!
From the moment when I first contacted Georgia until after we left the flat we rented, she and George were very helpful and attentive. Georgia responded to our emails very promptly and shortly that we came back home sent us the information regarding the refundable deposit. George received us with a smile and good humor although we arrived late and later than expected, we have no words to thank him for his attentiveness and receptiveness. The place is very well located in Zone 1, less than two blocks from an underground station, and very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a very large Westfield mall. The flat was great, spacious, clean, and had everything and more than we needed. The flat has a small hallway, kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, and bedroom with two closets. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer.The shower was great and had strong pressure. The bed and apartment in general were extremely comfortable and convenient for the two of us. I highly recommend this place. It was certainly an overall pleasant experience. The property is located in Sinclair Gardens West Kensington W14 a residential area of London close to Holland Park and Olympia. The location is serviced by 3 Underground Stations - Shepherds Bush (Central Line), Olympia (District Line) or Hammersmith (Piccadilly Line) which are all within easy access. There are also numerous buses to central London locations, such as Marble Arch, Oxford Street, High Street Kensington, South Kensington, Westminster, Victoria. The flats are within walking distance or a bus ride to Portobello Market and fashionable Holland Park. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs in the immediate area as well as the large Westfield shopping centre, cinema complex. The flats are also within easy reach of Heathrow or Gatwick airport.

We require a security deposit in order to secure the booking the balance of rental and end of stay laundry/cleaning is due 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings of 1-2 weeks - £250 or as stated
